The owner Ed is highly knowledgeable , attentive, and more than fair on price.
My prebuilt cyberpower computer failed just after two month of owning it and ed quickly diagnosed the problem that i would not of found in my own.
He also noticed the cooler that came with the computer was not strong enough to keep the cpu running efficiently.
It took almost 3 weeks for cyberpower to send the part out but once it arrived ed installed the part and the new cooler almost immediately.
It was frustrating and sad to have my brand new gaming pc in the shop just after 2 months of having it ,but after Ed and the team at computer’s direct worked on it it now runs better than ever and even looks much nicer with the new cooler .A unfortunate event turned into a nice little upgrade. If you’re thinking about buying a prebuilt computer DONT and have Ed build you one. If I would’ve known what I know now i would of had him build me one in a heartbeat.

If they can't they don't pretend they can or overcharge. They'll recommend whatever is the best solution, even if it means they don't do anything. I respect that in today's scammy world. I HIGHLY recommend for anything from finding out and fixing what's wrong, to browsing their used inventory.”
