this branch doesn't help you at all' it needs a document for a denied transaction but it's still floating the very rude lady manager doesn't help at all bad quality cuatomer service bad place but good bank problem that person work there

Id leave no stars if i could. The atm outside is INFESTED with termites everywhere i opened the door to use the atm and termites flew at me. I tried to use the inside one and there were also termites ALL OVER THE DOOR. DISGUSTING.

Atm NEVER works or has cash. Get it together. If 3 of you can sit around a desk you can call someone to fix your machine. It's not hard.

I went through a horrible experience where my information was compromised and I needed assistance immediately. My nerves and anger were giving up on me and as I arrived to this branch, Lixy was waiting. I explained what happened, and just the fact that she was there and took the time to listen and help, gave me much peace. I would come here as needed and definitely recommend this branch. They treat you so well it’s definitely worth coming.

I'm always a bit hesitant to review a business when I didn't really use their service. This is the second location I tried on a Saturday, as I needed help with opening a new business account. There wasn't one to help, yet I was not able to make an appointment online. The 'greeter' was so so kind to call around to look for someone. When no one was found, she walked me throug the Chase app to make an appointment. I truly appreciated that extra effort! Last, this location is beautiful!

Terrible service. Came in to open some accounts after waiting. The banker sees me and goes somewhere to the back. When he comes in another person walks in and sits near me. The banker comes back and attends that guy first, then says he as an appointment. Basically I have to go to another bank now, won’t be returning.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 months. I typically always get helped by the teller, Tatiana. She is always such a great help and does so with a friendly demeanor. I’ve been a chase customer for 4 years, and she has been the BEST at helping me with any questions or concerns. Thank you again Tatiana. I really appreciate it, you’ve been coming here a pleasure!
