Great quick and efficient service at this branch. Nigel Chang with private client services. had me in and out. This branch doesn’t give you the corporate bank feel. Gorgeous branch. A review is well deserved. Thank you Nigel for your professional and excellent customer service.

Terrible service. Came in to open some accounts after waiting. The banker sees me and goes somewhere to the back. When he comes in another person walks in and sits near me. The banker comes back and attends that guy first, then says he as an appointment. Basically I have to go to another bank now, won’t be returning.
