I have been a client at the Deerfield Beach branch of JP Morgan Chase for nearly three years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Vera Zenelaj, a banker at this branch. From our first meeting in January 2022, Vera has consistently gone above and beyond to meet my banking needs with professionalism and warmth. Initially, I visited the branch for a simple notarization. Vera greeted me with a smile and helped me not only with the notarization but also introduced me to the benefits of banking with Chase. Her ability to understand my needs and offer tailored solutions was remarkable. Over the years, Vera has assisted me with opening various accounts, my Chase Sapphire credit card, opening and rolling over CDs, and most recently, expediting a Chase auto loan. Even when faced with potentially lower rates elsewhere, I chose to stay with Chase because of the trust and reliability I have in Vera's and Chase’s exemplary service. A standout moment was when I was purchasing a vehicle from an out-of-state dealer. The dealer tried to dissuade me from financing through Chase by suggesting potential delays. Vera took charge by communicating directly with both me and the dealer, ensuring my loan was funded promptly. Her proactive approach provided immense peace of mind. She is truly an asset to JP Morgan Chase, and I wholeheartedly recommend both her and the Deerfield Beach branch for anyone seeking outstanding banking service.

My husband and I opened an account here with Claudia and we had a wonderful experience, she explained everything to us in the best way and keeps in touch if we need anything, everyone very friendly and attentive. 10/10?

Host Clerk refuse to help black customers.
This is not out of hate as to why I am posting this review and she looks Latin and I have nothing against Latin people but however I ask for her help she refuse to help or interact with me and two other black customers today. This is very unprofessional. She needs to do better seriously.

I had a great experience with Ms. Vera Zenelaj. I just opened my first account. She made it super easy to understand and she has a very sociable personality. There was also a young guy in there as well. He welcomed me with a warm greeting and asked me if I needed anything. Overall, the entire staff was amazing. I would recommend to everyone.

This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever been to, not enough people working, there is never a teller available they always want you to make your deposits on the ATM and when you are making deposits for a business is not the way to go.
