I had a cord wrapped around the roller on my vacuum. I took it to Charlie Vacs Services and Charlie took my vacuum apart, took the cord off the roller, put the vacuum back together and handed it back to me. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said, "nothing". He fixed my vacuum in less than 10 min while I waited and charged me nothing. Where do you find that kind of service or business person today? Charlie is a RARE breed and I will purchase my next vacuum from him and will always go to his store for service. You have a new loyal customer!!! Thank you for restoring my faith!!!!

My wife and I have used Charlie's Vacs for years and this mom and pop, mostly pop business is at the top of our list!! Charlie is knowledgeable, honest, and customer service is his forte! We have even purchased pre-owned equipment from him and they are still in use after 10+ years. We moved here in 1989 and I'm not quite sure when we found Charlie but we are so happy we did. I purchased a Hoover upright pet vac online, fast and easy. Then a problem, after using it just a handful of times it was making a bad noise an vibrating badly. Tried to contact Hoover customer care, impossible!! Oh, Brother, now what?Found Charlie’s on line stopped in with my 4 month old internet receipt and a song, as they say. Well the guys at Charlie’s said they’d try to get me some help but it might take some time, a couple weeks, maybe more, well??A week later it’s ready to pick up, fixed NO! ??Brand new replacement in the box, no charge sir and they thanked me!?!? What! I left some lunch money since they did all the work and can’t say enough Good things about Charlie’s Vacs, honest fair and great people! Just go there, GO, period. ?

We wanted to support a local businesses. We told him we needed a vaccum cleaner for an all tiled hose. He sold us one that's for carpet only!! I'll stick to online buying.
