“I have found a home at German Auto World. I was greeted by courteous and professional staff once I walked in and continued to have exemplary service and everything explained to me in full detail of all the requirements needed for my vehicle to run safely. The waiting room is luxurious and fully furnished with TV and leather coaches. I was completely comfortable with coffee and snacks and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I talked to and witnessed other long term customers come in and leave just as satisfied as I am. I recommend this shop to everyone that wants or needs service, body or complete restorations to their cars. They are even running a coupon for Synthetic Oil Services, the cheapest in town! $189.99 for VW/Audi and $249.99 for Mercedes/BMW.

“I gave it a four star only because it took too long when picking up the car. I made the reservation on line to save time at the counter but when I got there early in the morning, there was only one person to check out. The car also was not ready. I receive a Nissan Sentra that had the light on showing the tire pressure in the back was low. The car also had some problems like when stopped at a red light, the car throttled like it was going to turn off, and at times when changing lanes, the wheels kind of locked. Very strange the performance of the car. But when returned the car, and I explained the issue to the management assistant, Juan Guaviria, he was nice enough to give me a discount for the next rental and apologized for the inconvenience. I have rented a car previously from Enterprise and have been treated very nice.”

As I was leaving, she offered me a larger vehicle because of my height and the car I booked had limited leg room. Upgraded with no additional cost. Very nice and thoughtful of her. “I needed a rental while my car was at Infiniti of Coconut Creek's Collision Center, and they were the ones who actually contacted this Enterprise location so they can pick me up. Once I arrived, I still didn't have my reservation completed through my insurance, so as soon as I confirmed the address to where I was taken to, I went ahead and made the reservation, in which they immediately received. The process from pick-up to when I left with the rental was so fast. I think I was in the office less than 10 minutes. The only downside was that the car wasn't as clean as I was expecting, and it smelled like cigarettes. However, when I mentioned the smell, they made a note, so I wasn't stuck with any fees on my end. When I returned the vehicle, again, very quick and smooth. When asked how it went, I mentioned the cigarette smell and was provided a free upgrade for the next rental. I will definitely come back to this location when renting in the future.”

Briar was awesome he provided exceptional customer service and made sure we were happy with the rental. Initially I was told by another enterprise location that they would only be able to offer me a small compact vehicle but, Briar went above and beyond and got me into a Mini Cooper countryman (which I am now considering getting because I loved it so much). Overall, great experience at this location will definitely recommend and use them for any future rentals. Thank you!”
