Good luck getting something from them delivered and installed on time!5 days now that they have been dragging their heels in getting my dishwasher to TCI , their delivery/install partner.Called TCI several times and theyre waiting on Brands mart.Update- sales dept sold me a unit not in stock!! Liars.If you order, make sure the sales person calls that store and reserves the unit.Im canceling and going elsewhere ?

I had the most horrendous experience with Brand Smart USA's Deerfield Beach location. It all started when I purchased a new washer and pedestal on Monday, with delivery scheduled for Wednesday. To their credit, they showed up on time with the correct washer, but lo and behold, the pedestal was completely wrong. Apparently, the salesperson had sold us the incorrect base unit.After a frustrating series of calls and discussions with the installer and numerous hours spent on the phone, we were assured that they would rectify the mistake and deliver the correct pedestal on Friday. However, when Friday came around, I decided to call and confirm our appointment, only to find out that we weren't even on the schedule.The customer service team then casually informed me that our delivery had been rescheduled for Saturday between 10 and 1. Two hours of being bounced around on the phone, put on hold, and given the runaround later, we were left with no solution other than to wait.This entire ordeal has been beyond unpleasant; it's been downright infuriating. The lack of communication, the incompetence, and the sheer disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by Brand Smart USA are completely unacceptable. Frankly, I would have gladly paid the extra $35 to shop at Lowe's or Home Depot just to avoid this nightmare of an experience with Brand Smart USA. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place at all costs.

I AM LIVID! I am out of town and my refrigerator was delivered today! My daughter’s boyfriend was there to let 2 men in Troy and William! They were extremely rude, called him names, can’t even post, threatened to leave the old Refrigerator outside, when upon ordering our new one they agreed to move it in the garage when they came! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! Learn how to treat your customers!!!! Very disappointed customer!!!

Deceptive warranty sales. Will say anything for additions and when time comes to need it, multiple layers of the warranty are now used against customer. Bought 6 tvs, washer and dryer, dishwasher over the years. Lifelong customer never to return.
