Absolutely horrible service, there was no line and no one waiting in the car line and the guy didn’t want to count the money? Isn’t that he’s sole responsibility? The bank game is changing people, this branch is the absolute worst!

Horrible. Customer relations Waited in line for over 20 minutes Now I m closing account What happened. Ever since they merged it's been horrible. No management !!!

HORRIBLE BANK...., if I could give them NO STARS I would! The Branch manager named Lee is rude and nasty! Banking anywhere else is better then there because all you'll do is be waiting in line at the drive-up even if no-one is there, or be put on hold on the phone and forgotten.

Worst bank because everyone there is always too busy to help you, keeps you waiting at tbe drivethru and takes another customer while they service you, or out to lunch or simply not on the floor! When you try to Express this to the manager, he even tells you he has no time and he has to make a call! Just rude! Dont waste your time. Any other bank is better then this!

Contrary to the other reviews on here, I have been here twice and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. The three different employees that I interacted with were so helpful and friendly!! I actually went out of my way to go back to this branch location because the staff were great! I don't understand the low star reviews because I have nothing but positive experiences here. They welcomed me in each time I went into the bank and genuinely wished me to have a good day as I was leaving.

Their ATM ate a large check. The teller implied that I was to blame for not depositing it inside. I was then told that they don't actually service their ATMs and was handed their usual hostile, passive-aggressive "is there anything else you need" line. The lobby was filled with angry people unable to access their money for a variety of reasons. Avoid. I still don't have my money.
