OUR INSTALLER/PLUMBER NAME IS ALEJANDRO GONZALEZ. HE WAS VERY PROMT, POLITE AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AND WORKED VERY HARD. HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND KEPT AREA CLEANED AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PICKED UP.
COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH HIS WORK AND BATH FITTER.

I asked for specific look and without consulting me they did what they wanted. The tech knew what I said but said his manager told him what to do. I'm not pleased how that went. K Watson

First time using Bathfitter to do a master and second bath. Very pleased with the quality of work done by the workers. Plumbing and install done without issues. Very clean look to and old bath.

My installer Steve was great - personable, on time, diligent worker, protected my floors throughout my house. Did a wonderful job and completely clean up after himself, which is much appreciated.

We are so pleased with the result of our tub to shower conversion project. We had a limited time to do the project. We also had a limited budget and were looking for a financing option. For both of those reasons, Bath Fitter was the best choice for us. We are also so happy with the experience we had with the entire team including Rose, Tracy and Joy in the office who were always so pleasant and answered all our questions to Adam our installer who was very professional and diligent. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Had a tub to shower conversion done in less than 2 days total.Adam did a phenomenal job installing my shower. Extremely impressed with the company, the cost, his workmanship is extremely professional. Shared his to take care of the shower stall. Glad I went with Bath Fitter!!!!

Last Friday bath fitters completed stage 2 and installed the tub I purchased. Adam, the representative from bath fitters, showed up exactly on time, was pleasant and professional, and had the tub installed under two hours. The finished product looks amazing and professionally done. Looks like a brand new tub without paying the high prices to tear the walls and old tub out. Thank you Adam and bath fitters. 100% satisfied with the entire process

Jason from bathfitters Deerfield did an amazing job. Job done in 6 hours. Day it was promised. Cleaned up all debris and explained everything well. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Great company

I just got home to see the finished product of my gorgeous new shower!!!!! I can't say enough about my experience from the very beginning to the end. Alejandro Gonzalez was my installer and he was amazing!!!! immaculately clean, polite, organized, and it is perfect in every way!!!!I highly recommend them. A little pricey but lifetime guarantee and worth every penny.

Absolutely fantastic company with a great product. My bathroom was totally transformed without it taking forever to finish as I only have one which required me to have the work done in one day.
