so rude, called about a simple question didn’t even say hello when picking up the phone. Just said no and was no help didn’t even say bye either just hung up. Horrible customer service.

Wife took her laptop in to get checked out, she was having problems getting it to charge. Turns out she was just plugging it into the wrong port.. Anyhow, she took it in to this place and asked for an estimate. The guy told her it would be $20 just to look at it, she agreed to that, but told him she wanted a full estimate before he touched anything. He agrees and disappears into the back to check it out. Two minutes later, if that, he returns saying he fixed it and that'l be $80. There is no possible way he fixed anything in that amount of time, turns out she was plugging it into the wrong port (into a USB port instead of the charging port), nothing was wrong with the laptop. I can understand $20 for diagnosing, because that was what was agreed to.. But $80 to basically do nothing? Come on! My wife argued with the man and eventually left having paid 'only' $40 for essentially nothing. The register receipt says it was the Manager (doesn't specify a name). I'd highly recommend avoiding this place, I know we will be. Hope this helps someone out there avoiding paying something for nothing.

Great service and friendly! Our LG TV had blown out motherboard. We were able to get repair at a low cost! It was fixed in one day! Thanks so much!
