“The president Josephine Smith is so personally kind understanding and always helpful. She is never in a rush always patient for all your banking needs. The whole bank is so friendly smiling all the time and so welcoming. Barbara , Rachel, and the teller floater who looks like the movie star Bradley Cooper always greets you with a smile and will help in any way for your bank needs. Several other tellers are great too always willing to give guidance with a smile and are patient always. Banking is a pleasure with a community bank they always make you feel so important young or old rich or regular you are treated the same. To me that is so important because I am a regular like so many of us just day to day banking needs but they make it fun and pleasant always. First we were welcomed by Magdalena in the lobby since we had an appointment with the Senior Banker!
Our welcome by Magdalena was friendly and she made us feel comfortable right away!

After being introduced, we met with Ms. Keisha Chin-Quee.
This was one of the BEST experiences and treatment we have had at a BOA office, besides the FIRST time when we opened our account about 24 years ago!
Ms. Keisha is a ROCKSTAR, EXCELLENT service she provided us with solving a problem we have encountered with the on line banking of our account!
She made us feel at ease, while multi tasking, while she was solving our problem SHE was helping out others that needed her assistance!

“This bank is amazing. The bank manager Desmond is unbelievable. He was a one man show covering every customer. He even went outside to help a lady find a jump for her car. Though he was super busy he did not make you feel that way. He acted like I was the only customer at the bank. I was in distress as I had a huge problem with my account. After helping me he put me with Silvia who was also very reassuring and calm. I have been with BOA since 1988 and have been to many locations in many cities and this is the best by far. Thanks Desmond and Sylvia you made a bad day good.”
