“I wanted to extend my gratitude to an exemplary employee here in the TV department named Daniel. I called wondering about a specific TV with not a ton of experience in buying in this market lately and he saved me from making a horrible decision based on the preferences that I articulated to him over the phone. He convinced me to get the proper TV for my needs and insisted on walking me through the process smoothly and even accompanied me at the loading dock, on the floor, and to the cashier line. Really good dude and a valuable employee here. 5 stars!”
“It’s amazing how far prompt responses and honesty gets you. I emailed them about an issue I was having. They replied quickly with a response that had a plan so I knew I wasn’t going to be spending a bunch of money on an old roomba. I brought it in this morning and later today they advised not to move forward as it seemed to be a massive issue. Most repair type places will try to sell you or convince you to spend money, but these kind people made a recommendation that didn’t make them any money today but I will surely be back to them and tell others. Thank you for the great communication.”

“I had a cord wrapped around the roller on my vacuum. I took it to Charlie Vacs Services and Charlie took my vacuum apart, took the cord off the roller, put the vacuum back together and handed it back to me. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said, "nothing". He fixed my vacuum in less than 10 min while I waited and charged me nothing. Where do you find that kind of service or business person today? Charlie is a RARE breed and I will purchase my next vacuum from him and will always go to his store for service. You have a new loyal customer!!! Thank you for restoring my faith!!!!”

“The Home Depot consistently has everything I require for my sheet metal business. Thanks to my pro account, I'm able to see my savings on larger orders. However, I've encountered some older employees who seem hesitant to assist, and their expressions suggest they would rather not be bothered. Additionally, the cashiers at the customer service area can be a bit slow. Despite these issues, it's still an excellent place to pick up supplies for my next project.”

“Had a problem with an old Moen Valve. Someone helped me buy the tool to properly replace it. Part of the valve was stuck inside the shaft. Could not have fixed the problem without the tool they had and the correct valve. There was a regular customer who was like an angel sent from heaven who verbally walked me thru the job. Perfection. I was in a Bad spot until I walked into this plumbing supply store. Thank youBud Moore”

“Grabbed a cart and went to the plywood aisle expecting to help myself as I usually have to here. DAVIDSON walked up to me right away and asked if I needed help. He was respectful and professional. If every employee was as attentive as this, people would do a lot more shopping in store. He was a 5 star. Unfortunately the store as a whole is not. Between the rental department and how long it usually takes to get help, I cannot put a 5 star rating. I'm omw to a further home depot at this moment for a rental.”

There are holiday items you cannot find elsewhere like led giant holiday lights for less than $10 and unbreakable ornaments. It's awesome that holidays now come alive at home depot. My fav store at sunset. Staff friendly and welcoming.”
