Our 14 yr old Shih Tzu had started urinating very frequently within 5 hours it was every minute. Incontinentance with urgency. At 9:30 pm we brought him in. There was no wait they brought him back and started testing. Another ER close by said it would be a two hour wait to see him. The Doctors and the staff were very friendly and professional and the facility was new and very clean. They systematically tested revealing stones in both the bladder and kidneys several to large to pass. Surgury was performed. His surgical site healed quickly and well. I called a few times with questions and they responded happily and with the answers I needed. We give them a 5 star rating and are grateful to them for an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!!

The best animal emergency clinic you can go to. Dc Rodolfo was amazing, very honest and truly cared for our cat spade! We arrived at the clinic around 1:30am.
Mind you we were in panic since we had no clue what was going on with our cat
Kim at the front desk was so nice and very welcoming.
We couldn't be more happier with the clinic and the entire staff members! Thank you guys so much.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of this facility. What was way more important was the care of the staff and veterinarian. I unfortunately had to put my baby down and they were so caring and considerate. They fully explained my options and gave my girl the peaceful exit she deserved. I cannot recommend them enough. I have been on the bad side of a clinic when I lost another dog, and I have a to say bedside manner means a lot when you are going through loss. These people are top notch!!! Thank you so much for your care. It did not go unnoticed!

There really has never been a place that has helped us this much, and although the situation was serious, it was very bad in two different places. We are so lucky to find this place

We were greeted friendly with "concern. The prices were out of control. We never spoke to the vet. The manager gave the impression he was & handled the communication. I'm pretty sure they charged us for unnecessary tests. DONT GO THERE

Had a really bad experience a few years ago. My dog was attacked by another dog and got her eye really hurt. I went to this place and they charged me $100 just to tell me that they couldn’t do anything for her. Which I understood, she needed an eye specialist, but why would you charge for not doing anything?

It has been the best experience we have had in the US. Our dog (Lia) arrived with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis due to pancreatitis. Doctors Saleh and Volani were extraordinary, very concerned, attentive and very loving with our dog and with us, very helpful in the diagnosis and treatment. They saved our baby because for us she is our daughter. I feel very grateful and happy to have come to Animal Emegency Urgent Care Center. I recommend it 1000 times and with my eyes closed!

AEUCC, I Can't thank you enough for your support and unbelievable generosity!!!
They went above and beyond for me immediately upon my call for help, got me an Uber to bring my baby to them and gave him special attention and treatment as if my dog was one of their own pets.
I highly recommend them and will be sure to always keep them in mind when in need of animal support!!!
Please do not look any further, they are heros and will not disappoint when it comes to helping out your furry family member!

This vet saved my dog’s life. My dog ingested something that got stuck in his intestines. He had surgery and then developed sepsis. The vet communicated that he had a 50/50 chance of survival. During this time, they took care of my dog like he was a part of their family. I would call multiple times and visit everyday, everyone always responded with kindness and always answered my questions to their best ability. The nurses were super friendly and kind to both me and my dog. Every time I would cry, staff always reassured me and kept telling me that they were taking care of him like their own. Oscar was the person who helped me the most through this difficult moment. He answered any questions I had and was there with us every step of the way. After 10 days being at the clinic, I am happy to say our dog came home and is happy/healthy. Thank you for saving Coopers life!

My red nose pittie threw up what appeared to be blood. It was around 9 or 10 at night, and I called as they came up the closest to my home in west boca. I went in, and they were seeing some other little dogs and a big lab bc he had ingested an edible (he seemed fine to me by looks and acting) so it was a tad chaotic and they never even bothered to weigh my dog. The scale was in the front to left of reception desk (this was like a year ago) I was immediately told to have a seat and to pay for the visit, which was I think $125 or $150. Then we waited about 30 minutes to go back to the room and a doctor eventually came in , sat on the floor by my dog, did not touch her stomach, did not do anything at all except look at the picture, tell me that sometimes dogs have extra blood vessels and this is common…….. then I’m quoted a few thousand dollars by a tech that came in to show me what needed done. I was quizzical and looked at my daughter bc he never even assessed or touched my dog. So I came to waiting room (as I was told they needed that room ) to try and come up with 3-4 grand. They took my dog back and told me they were going to start the anti nausea meds. I agreed.
As for the $$, It wasn’t happening . They said they wanted to keep her overnight, put fluids in her, give her anti nausea medication and keep an eye on her. I applied for care credit which I was denied, my daughter applied and was denied , so we sat for an hour trying to figure what to do. The bigger Spanish tech guy that works at front desk told me that they administered the anti nausea meds and she was ok back there.
After that hour passed, I said to please bring my dog as I couldn’t get together all the money. And to just bring my dog. They made facial expressions like I was the WORST pet owner. And that my dog needed fluids asap. But I told them that my dog was eating and drinking just fine. Zero issues. She was peeing and pooping just fine too…. So I had to leave feeling helpless. I asked the tech when he brought her out to me if the nausea meds were given. He looked confused. I said the reason u took her back was to start her anti nausea meds . He said hold on. Came back said yes they were. I called on my way home bc I only had the paper of the breakdown of services and wanted to know what exactly was given so I could tell her regular vet in the morning when I took her. He then told me nothing was given bc I didn’t pay for it and I must have misunderstood. ……man looked me dead in the eyes and said yes they were given to her. Shady. And thousands for an iv and nausea meds? To be honest, I feel as though I shouldn’t have even paid the $150!! Or $250 I honestly don’t remember how much it was ! $225? $125? Bc my dog was never weighed, assessed, touched, looked at … NOTHING.
My finances have since greatly improved since then, and I’ve had to utilize an emergency vet clinic twice. It was a no brained to take a chance elsewhere than to return to this money hungry and lying establishment. Zero stars if I could.

i normally do not feel the need to comment on these but i feel it is needed my cat was only 1 years old was very health we had found him in the yard last night very weak and unresponsive we brought him in i noticed the urine was red and had told the nurse they took him in the back told us he was bleeding from the urine (which i had already stated) and than told us he had server pain to the abdomen and they said it would cost $1,200 just for blood work and we did not have that on hand and ask if there was anything else we could do because he is clearly in bad condition and they would not do anything at first they were even going to send him home without pain medicine but later gave it to him we took him home and he had passed away due to his injuries
