Gas pumps hardly ever print out receipts so you have to go inside. Lines too long once you get in there and cashier always seems to be having a bad day.

We stopped while traveling for fuel, I ran in a grab the 5 chicken wings for $5. Well I was charged 7.50 and asked the cashier why. She was very short and rude to me and told me I should of been paying attention and put my rewards # in. She stated she didn't have time to tell all customers to do that. I apologized and told her never mind. Took my 2.50 change told her to have a nice day. Well the chicken wings taste like Bleach and can not nor will not be eaten they are gross and I would like a refund of the7.50. That is a picture of the rude lady and gross chicken wings. IM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM 7 11, ASKED FOR MORE INFORMATION AND SENT IT.

You guys should remove the young black male from behind the corner. I'm really getting tired of his rudeness. I come in the store as a customer hes sitting down on a create in this phone. As I'm waiting for him he just look up at me and just shrugs his shoulder like "what do you want?" I was buying some products you must be 21 or older to buy when I asked him would he like to see my ID, he said "yeah" and I handed it to him he then looked at it and then just dropped it on the counter as if I didn't just hand him it. Also he always acts as if he doesn't care his job. Like dude you're a work do your work

I would also agree to give this place a ZERO. I just left after asking for a specific item, and the cashier refused to give me the amount I wanted. If I weren't in a rush I could've asked to see the manager who knows me. This is how you lose business at your location!!

That 7-Eleven is operating without hand soap this is a sanitary concern, and the staff member with the black hair is a savage!!!!

After switching jobs a little over a year ago, I began stopping here 3-5 times a week for gas/energy drinks/juul pods. This station gets CRAZY busy but the staff handles it like its nothing! Im sure the manager here is on point because not many teams could handle this volume. I will say the difference between stopping between 7-9am and stopping on the way home from work/late night is DRASTICALLY different, likely due to the surrounding neighborhoods. Like maybe more than one employee should be on in the evenings, but overall GREAT job executing the extremely high volume. The Mgr even jumps out and helps when the line gets super long by checking out people on his Ipad. I cannot WAIT til they implement scan and go here, although IDK how it will work with Tobacco/Vape products. Anyways, thanks for all your hard work - the morning employees are all so sweet and helpful, and get put through a LOT of bullsh!t dealing with the general public.

I have stopped in this store almost daily for probably over a year... but cannot again. When an employee uses racial slurs, the place becomes unsafe. I invite the manager to take a stand, and terminate the employee-- because apparently your corporation won't. I hope you have the courage to do so. Reach out to me, let me know this has occurred. Then I'll be more than happy to change this review, and visit your store again. Until then, I couldn't possibly. FOLLOW-UP -- I appreciate your response; updating to 2 Stars. To answer your question, I did reach out to customer support; Case CS1443448. Their response was points on my app, then declared the incident 'closed.' I don't need points. The employee needs to be terminated, immediately. There is no other solution for actions that I, and others around me endured. Let me know when that happens. I won't be back until it has.

HORRIBLE! Horrible horrible location there were two women who work at the front they are insanely rude the Haitian one and the other one was on her phone talking to her friend. The manager needs to hire new workers. They are the worst. Literally almost every review talks about those two workers. That is sad

Most of the pumps doesn’t give you the receipts, for commercial customers we must go inside of the convenience store to get it, good luck if you’re late for something and the line has 3 or 4 customers paying for their purchases.Please don’t reply me back with this copy and paste customer reviews thing.This is a simple solution, put the printers at the pump to work like all the gas station around your business.

Worse place to visite this haitian woman always on her phone and she nasty as hell...please take your service somewhere else ... she doesn't know customer service... she care more about talking on the phone than serving customers..

I PURCHASE A BOTTLE OF PROSECCO, I OPENED IT AND THE BOTTLE WAS FLAT, I CAME BACK MOMENTS LATER AND BOTH CLERKS TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WE CAN DO.. THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WHICH WAS CRAZY FOR ME BECAUSE I I'M GOING OUT OF TOWN, I ASKED FOR A NUMBER TO REACH OUT TO THE MANAGER OR CORPORATE NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME "NO" THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND DISMISS ME... SO YEA $15 DOWN THE DRAIN, I AM SO UNHAPPY WITH THE POOR SERVICE THAT I HAVE GOTTEN TONIGHT. IM SO MAD THAT I AM SHAKING, THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE I FEEL HOPELESS

If I could give 0 stars I would , I came to 7 eleven to buy a cigarette and instead of properly scanning my id SOLOMON flipped the entire computer screen to me and said no not valid no , it’s fake. In front of all the customers. I said ok if i cannot buy u don’t have to scream at me and then the cashier next to him , she started yelling and said next customer ! And both laughed at me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , HE TALKS VERY RUDELY TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS. 0 STARS TO HIM AND THE CASHIER NEXT TO HIM. THIS IS THR SECOND TIME , HE GIVES ATTITUDE TO ME.
