Called to ask how much a prescription cost for my dog and they refused to give me any info about it. Came off as rude and didn’t even try to get my business. Publix told me the cost over the phone and even suggested using a Good RX card. Walgreens needs to learn customer service is everything. I won’t ever use them as my pharmacy in the future if they can’t offer something as simple as pricing over the phone. Also it takes a lot to come back from one interaction of an employee not caring about customer satisfaction. There is way too much competition and I will go elsewhere.

Pharmacy is terrible. Go anywhere else if you have prescriptions. They don’t care, put you on long hold times, blame issues on doctors not sending info and insurance companies not approving things. I have been told this 4 times, later to go in face to face and then realize they need to “update their info”. This after I have been calling my doctors, insurance company, etc. Wasting my time when they could fix it in 5 second. Complete and absolute terrible experience every time!!!

Took my friend to pick up a package & the associate was so incredibly rude about the process that a normally timid, quiet person told her to F*** off. I have never heard her say such out loud in years. You really need to get a grip on some of your staff customer service practices and attitude. Stay Blessed....

Someone stole a Fed ex hang tag off our front door. They brought it into your store and you people gave the thief our package. Your clerk admitted that he did not check for ID. You will need to preserve the video from today 3/4 from 415 to 515. The on duty manager was worthless. Thanks for following procedure.

I needed to ship a package FED EX over Christmas and looked on line and the nearest FED EX drop off-"drop off" is Walgreens Debary. I called ahead and the girl said oh yes, we ship FED EX, no problem. Drive there and the manager says-we don't ship FED EX unless you have their label. Where do you get a label? I don't know but we don't do that without a label. Why do people who work somewhere never know what is going on with a company and yet can answer the phone and get paid. The person answering the phone whether in the pharmacy or up front should be trained in answering questions with the right information. And this store has a new manager every couple months, it needs more training.

They hate couponers in that store they are rude when it comes to explaining their policy and they hide inventory from the public. Walked in and they had store filled with pod detergent and i walk back in 5 minutes later and all of a sudden the shelf is basically empty very unprofessional and rude.

I tried calling the Pharmacy, and the lady said "please hold" really quick, without giving me a chance to say anything, and I ended up on hold for a while with no answer. The call then rang again with no answer. I tried calling back with the same results from the same lady. Just plain rude
