Upfront Automotive Group is great!! =D My wife and I came across them when we were looking to trade her sedan for an SUV. Bridget and Scott are extremely kind, friendly, calm, ? cool, knowledgable, helfpul, informative, patient, honest, fair, flexible, reasonable, professional, ... and ironically... upfront. ? We did not meet their detailer; however, I can say they do excellent work. ✨We were not pressured at all while Scott and Bridget assisted us in exploring all buying, trading, and financing options, and they were undaunted even while we looked at competitors vehicles. Ultimately, we purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia and are very pleased ? with our purchase. We would purchase from Upfront in the future and we recommend them highly to anyone.

After looking for a second vehicle for work for several months throughout Central Florida, I found Upfront. I cannot begin to describe the agony and disrespect that was given to me by other dealerships. It was almost as though they didn't want me to buy a vehicle from them.When I arrived at upfront it was 100% completely opposite. They are very friendly and professional. Just like their name everything was open and honest. They freely answered any questions or concerns I had and treated me with respect. The Establishment was very clean and well-maintained just like the vehicles on the lot.Financing was very simple and easy, I was in and out the door in 2 hours with my new truck I am very proud of. When I purchased the vehicle I was also offered a 5-year 100, 000 mile warranty which if there are any problems, I can take directly to the factory dealership!I was also pleasantly surprised when I asked them the vendors that they used for their vehicles and they freely gave me the information for those establishments which I will be using because of the quality of vehicles and the total trust experience with this dealership. I was sure to let them know that my daughter will be needing a vehicle very soon and I will definitely be back and suggest anyone else to do the same if they want a very professional pleasant experience when buying a vehicle.I am still in absolute shock of how awesome this place is after what I'd already been through at several other dealerships. If there were more stars to give I would definitely do it in a heartbeat!

Bought my first car here and everything seemed good at first. The owner and wife seemed very genuine, polite and welcoming. Trusted that I was purchasing a vehicle that was safe to transport my family around in.Consequently, that was not the case. Exterior of the vehicle looked good, the interior wasn't the best, but not a dealbreaker for me.Mechanically the car was no good, all sort of issue with the car two weeks after having it. Took it to the dealership and explained that I just bought the car. Found out, Oil leaks, hvac box broken, all the airbags had been deployed and previous owner cut it out, air conditioner barely worked. Oil change needed. open circuit on both terminal was exposed, something with camshaft and the list goes on. The high and low beams didn't work. They basically sold me a lemon, very upsetting. Car cost me a lot of money to fix and will continue to cost money because I can't afford another one at the moment.I have learned a very hard lesson. CARFAX is important, tells you how many previous owners had the car before you, AND a big one, it tells you whether the car has been in an accident. Also ask lots of questions, and take it to a trusted mechanic. Wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase.

My wife and I just recently made our second purchase from Upfront Automotive Group within the past year. The first experience was top notch to say the least, and drove us back to them again. The first car was a beautiful Toyota Camry that was clean from end to end and ran like a top. When my wife and I decided to go green and buy a Tesla, we knew exactly who we wanted to purchase it from. The owners here are genuine people and show that they care about their customer’s car buying experience and purchase satisfaction. Needless to say we are beyond thrilled with our amazing new Tesla and we owe it all to the owners Bridget and Scott! Not sure when we will be in the market again for another car, but when that time comes we will be coming back here!
