Driver is going northbound 95 doing 80 to 90 mph playing on his phone scrolling through a ton of something, and if he drives like that normally I can't imagine how he is actually picking up a vehicle, extremely unsafe behavior from what is supposed to be a professional

Terrible business. Promised a two under roadside assistance coverage, delayed for hours, then called to cancel saying it was getting dark. A horrible business that leaves motorists stranded.

The eta I received originally was 1hr. Never showed. I called and they pushed back another hr. I have towing included with my insurance and they asked me for money to complete there transaction. My insurance company verified that i did not have to pay anything. Finally they just decided not to come at all and haven't heard from them. Be careful with this company!

If I could give zero I would in a heart beat…. The driver who came to get us was so rude regardless on us trying to be nice to him… he said he’s quitting his job soon and that he is moving onto something better ig but the main reason why I gave this company zero stars is because one of his didn’t take my car down all the way as he stress down the vehicle on one tire on one side on driver side while moving in and out of traffic without signaling which made me very uncomfortable because I have a 25 thousand dollar car on the back of this tow truck it was a very bad experience I would not recommend

I scheduled pickup through my insurance company, showed up 4 hours early, and then gave me an attitude that I wasn't ready. The horrible attitude from the driver Worst customer service I've ever seen. Give me an attitude going 90 miles an hour on I-4, trying to shake me off like I didn't have the address where it's getting taken to? I will make sure all are aware of this terrible service!Service: Car towing

Pretty pleased with the service. Driver was professional, personable, and showed up faster than the roadside ETA. Took a lot of care to make sure my car was towed without any damage.

The company itself was provided by insurance, Progressive. Sunshine gave an eta of 2pm, and didn’t arrive until 5pm. And that’s after speaking to a Progressive agent, calling Sunshine twice and leaving 1 voicemail. They finally called back and gave me an updated eta at about 330. The only reason I am giving 3/5 stars is because Shane was amazing. He was quick, kind, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. Request Shane if you can.Service: Car towing

They never showed up but told my insurance company that they were at the site. I was waiting 1hr before they texted me. When I called they said they were doing another job that was 30mins away. My insurance (progressive) sent them to tow my GTI to the dealership since the ecu failed. They showed up in about 20 minutes and the driver worked hard to make sure he didn’t rip the front euro lip off the car while loading and unloading. The other reviews got me a little nervous but I guess the only time we really take the time to leave a review is when we either have a really good experience or a bad one.
