I have had an excellent experience with Residential Building Supply Company in terms of getting my doors for a house renovation project. They have lots of choices and the pricing is reasonable. I want to especially give kudos to my sales person John Tifft who demonstrated warmth, patience, and flexibility when it came to working on our project, which came with a lot of complications.

Selected and bought baseboard from THEIR display case selection. Was sold different style without any notice from the staff member. Went to office after I noticed and a staff member said they haven’t had that style in a long time and it was out of stock…next time - don’t waste customers time and set proper expectations.

BUYER BEWARE NO RETURNS ALLOWED. The return policy for this place is nowhere to be found. Be sure to ask to view the door you are purchasing before actually making the purchase as lots of their doors aren't even available in the showroom and they don't accept returns at all even if the doors have not been installed. Their customer service is horrible and extremely unprofessional. I've ordered here several times and each time is the same bad attitude, rudeness and lack of product in the showroom. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

I'm a DIYer and have been buying building supplies from them for over 20 years. If you need baseboard, crown molding, doors and door hardware and much more, this place can't be beat. Their prices are way better than Lowe's or Home Depot too and when you go in, you get great help.

Door I was made well, but length and width weren't the sizes I had order. What was supposed to be a simple door hang turned in to a full modification. They just gave me a stock door that happened to have the right amount of panes in it.
