The First Care Transport team from our first telephone call to final destination was really wonderful for our interstate medical transport. First, Joe was great to work with to set up the transport and very helpful covering all the bases. Next, on transport day, Ian and Bart provided great care for a bed to bed transport from Central Florida to North Georgia for our loved one. The transport van was very comfortable (plenty of cushion for a longer ride on the gurney) for our family member, but also for me as a passenger on the trip (choice of RV style table and bench seat or a reclining captain's chair). Able to charge my phone/device while traveling and stop whenever needed for a restroom break, etc. They were very accommodating about getting lunch and wanted to know where we wanted to get food from. But the most important part, was their comfort and care of our loved one. VERY attentive and willing to help with her comfort from feeding her to using a pillow/wedge to alleviate pressure on her back. To me this was 5-star plus service.

Excellent experience. I would highly recommend this company. Bart was prompt, professional, helpful and provides my family during a challenging situation. He and his team stayed in constant communication with me prior to the transport and during the trip. What a relief to deal with such a Bart, a great person , well equipped to deal with these situations.

Our family can’t thank you enough for the care and compassion you gave our father. I don’t remember the gentleman’s names that helped us but it was August 1, transfer from advent health in NSB to Edgewater. Our family is so appreciative of the wonderful service, thank you so much for your kindness.

They hurt my mom bad during transport from the hospital where she had been for 2 weeks for breaking her hip and femur to the rehab facility. First, they bumped her and the gurney multiple times getting her in the vehicle and even dropped her at one point. Then they refused to fix her positioning and she had to spend the ride with her leg hanging off the side of the gurney. My mom was begging for them to stop because she was in so much pain due to them speeding and not even slowing down crossing railroad tracks so she’s slipping and sliding and being tossed around while they laughed and had their music up loud, only turning it down to tell her she’s fine and they’re 4 minutes away from their destination. At least one of them had been drinking prior to picking her up because she caught a whiff of his breath and he definitely smelled like alcohol.And I promise every single person reading, this incident will be reported to the proper authorities/agencies for investigation. This will not stop at a Google review. Laws were broken and my mom’s life was put at risk due to these clowns who clearly have been getting away with this for some time now as evidenced by how comfortable they were with their carelessness and obvious disregard for the safety and comfort of the person they are transporting and everyone else driving on the roads as well.

I can't say enough about the service I received from First Care Transport. From speaking with Joe on the phone and booking my transport to my doctors appointment , to my driver Marlene , I was treated as if I was part of their family. I will be using them for all my transport needs. My daughter was concerned because of another private transport company which we used to transport me from the hospital to the rehab facility. But with First Care Transport they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. A wonderful company!

I just wanted to let your company know what amazing employees you have. 51 weeks ago Kevin and his partner transported my Mom from Halifax Daytona to Halifax Hospice in Orange City. They gave my Mom the most caring and utmost respect on her last ride. Her ride to freedom as she called. Kevin was her hero and spent much time talking about how amazing they were with her. I greatly appreciate how they treated her during this time. Kevin and his partner will always have a special place in our hearts for the way they treated our Queen. I believe you guys are very fortunate to have such great employees. Thank you to all of you and know my family appreciates all of you for treating my Mom with respect and care.

Transported my mother 1300 miles, treated her, and us like family. Brad, Ian and Vinny are wonderful people, empathetic, caring and knowledgeable. Very soothing demeanors. The only time in months I felt completely at ease about my mother’s care. The transportation was flawless. Very grateful to them.

After my 81 year old grandma was stuck at the hospital for 30+ days her main request was getting back home to NJ. I looked around everywhere and no one was able to accommodate her as much as this company! The picked her up less than 24 hours after calling! They picked up my grandmother in Orlando FL and safely got her to NJ! Amazing people went with her making the 19 hour ride a breeze! Thank you guys!

DANGEROUS. First Care Transport was caught on camera doing 85mph in a 55mph zone and passing multiple vehicles with a 13 year old child in their custody. The owner has put these employees on "probation" but they put my daughter's life at risk and this simply is not acceptable.
