If you feel i threatened you i offer my apologies, i most certainly did not attend to do that. I waited almost 2 weeks to hear back from you, but I never did. I to wanted to try to remedy this problem. The warranty company said the problems were pre-existing, so I canceled the policy. I would be happy too talk with you.again, my apologies.

I purchased a 2014 chrysler town&country from Beats auto in Debary. The car is beautiful inside and out; it runs good, it was very clean; best of all; the salesman was courteous. At the end of the day, I am happy to have my car title in my hand. If I need an other car or my associates; i recommend Beats auto first. Why dealing with the rest when you have the best. Pierre

I am SO HAPPY that I met Rick Santiago! He is truly a man of honor with outstanding integrity. He earned his great reputation because he IS such a man. I have already given his card to two of my friends. I fell in love with the car online and contacted him. His communication with me was superb. Rick explained every detail he had about the vehicle and set an appointment with me at my convenience. Everything he told me was the truth and there was no pressure at all. Had a great experience dealing with Ricardo and his son Justin. Nice to be able to do business with an honest and fair salesman. Justin worked hard to find the particular car that I was looking for and was very detailed and knowledgeable. The whole car buying process was easy and stress free. I had a great experience working with Rick at Beats Auto purchasing my car. Rick was very easy to work with and he always made time to answer questions about the vehicle over the phone before I drove from out of town to purchase it. There was no pressure and no worries working with him and I felt completely confident in knowing that I was working with someone who really cares about the service he provides. After talking more, he told me how that he has been in the business for over 30 years and it really does show when you're working with him. He is very professional and honest which is a rare breed in the car sales market. I would highly recommend his dealership to anyone looking to purchase a nice vehicle and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future. I did not actually get the pleasure of doing business with Beats Auto. However, I contacted Rick based on the reviews as I found myself in a difficult situation, needing to unload a used car with significant negative equity. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and honest, even though the information he provided was not in my favor and it was evident from the start of the conversation that I was likely not going to be able to do business with him or any used car dealer for that matter. But if I was able to and if I ever am in the future, I would go to him in a heartbeat based on his other reviews and the brief encounter I had with him that quickly demonstrated the honesty and kindness he is lauded for.

Rick was amazingly helpful and patient when I took the prius I was looking at to the Firestone around the corner his son waited with us for quite some time and when I decided to buy it he made the process simple. He was super patient when my boyfriend ran to the atm for the rest of our money and while he did that we told stories about cars and what not. Overall super friendly really a good person to know. If you ever need a hand with any tech stuff you know who to call Rick and if I need a new car I know who to call. :)

Ric at Beats Auto is hands down the best dealer I have had the pleasure of dealing with to date. I was forced to travel outside of SWFL to find a quality used truck and was actually glad I found Rics listing for a 2000 Dodge Dakota. Ric's listing in "honest" and pictures depict the true vehicle that's available. No hidden issues and narrated description is spot on. I had been looking for a truck for over a month and was let down each and every time I viewed them in person...but not with Beats Auto. I actually traveled to Orlando to look at a different vehicle and am actually glad it was misrepresented...if it wasn't, we wouldn't have found Ric!We traveled to Orlando and unfortunately missed Ric by a few hours who was out of town....but no worries. Ric stayed in contact and he made himself available the following day to allow for a closer inspection and test drive. The Dakota was solid and almost factory fresh minus minimal wear and tear. Ric advised that he buys dependable quality vehicles to pass on to potential buyers and folks...he means it.After the test drive we advised we wanted to pursue purchase and Ric invited us in to his office and we completed the paperwork. All documents were thoroughly explained in detail and in under 30 mins and a "fist bump", I was south bound back home in a beautiful Dodge Dakota.Ric followed through and sent us a hard tag vis USPS within a few days and we are good to go. We have had the vehicle for a couple weeks and there have been no "surprises" and again just to reinforce, we were sold a solid truck...no junk,no suprises, no worries.Ric will tell you up front if you want to buy one of his vehicles, he will do everything he can to make it happen. If you choose not to, then no problem or hard feelings. However it's this true honest good American values that Ric possesses that has seem to have taken a back seat when you think of the other guys out there selling vehicles (new or used).Being totally honest up front...if I am ever in the market for another used vehicle, I'm reaching out to Ric. I'm tired of all the run around when I know I can get an honest deal done with a man of integrity.Look no further than Beats Auto folks! Save yourself all that unneeded hassle and run around...see Ric first!
