The Relocation Coordinator was awesome and really worked with us due to a very trying personal situation that occurred during our move and delayed our delivery. The owner also worked with us financially to ensure we were completely, 100% satisfied with the service we received. After relocating 600 miles, this personal touch and genuine concern for our well-being was much appreciated and we highly recommend this moving company to any family looking to relocate. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.I called to talk to the owner of Assured Relocation Services and the employee who picked up phone was extremely rude and hang up on me while I was still talking.I called back and he asked me if I wanted to talk to his supervisor, a d another man picked up the phone and was trying to imitate my accent mix and some type of a language.RUDE, RACIST, and DISRESPECTFUL is what this company is all about.

The movers Jeff and Sergio were great, very efficient, didn't waste time and were careful with everything! It was an easy move because of them. Joanne in the office was very personable, nice and so easy to talk to. Joanne and Craig have great communication skills. Thank you everyone for a easy and professional move. If this company sends a driver named Erick (white, 60, missing teeth) to move you, DON'T LET HIM NEAR YOUR BELONGINGS. He doesn't care about you or your possessions. Nor does Atlas, apparently, since no one has come to our house 2 weeks after our terrible, disappointing delivery.He will cram things into his truck with no organization and no regard to your valuables -- or the markings on your boxes. He won't return your calls, and he will try to bring other people's boxes into your house. He will even tie your furniture to the back of his truck and travel cross country with it that way, uncovered, open to the elements. (He lost one of our things on the highway that way, saying it was "mangled" beyond repair -- ONLY after we asked where it was.) He does NOTHING to protect your belongings or your property -- unless you insist.We called him within an hour of delivery to tell him a piece of furniture was missing, and two weeks have gone by. Nothing from him or Atlas about where our large dresser is.I could go on, but you get the point.

Avoid Assured Relocation which should be UnAssured Relocation. They are not a good example of Atlas Van Lines, (which has moved me several times before through Atlantic Relocation and all was good.) Assured Relocation, damaged my solid oak roll top desk, because Vance started disassembling the bottom of a solid piece of furniture, I questioned him, he stopped, but it was not reassembled properly, and caused the bottom to be compromised, and joints come apart. Upon unloading (which the driver did not have any help), Assured Relocation tried to state that it was pressed wood, and already damaged; (which would have been written up upon loading if that was the case They are liars, will not do the right thing, and pay for repairs. The desk has now been repaired, and Atlantic Relocation is making everything right because they take care of people! Not so with Assured Relocation!! Even the driver was upset with them, but because he works for them, would not speak up and make things correct.

I used them for a local move this summer and I could not be happier. The salesman Lanny came out and worked with me on putting together an estimate that was affordable and covered all my needs. The movers Vance and John came the first day and very professionally and courteously packed all my belongings. The following day they moved every thing to my new house. When it was all said and done the final cost was lower than the original estimate. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We used Assured Relocation after a flood and had to have our floors replaced. They were very professional and extremely helpful during a very stressful time. They came in packed everything and stored it during the time I needed to have my damaged floors removed and replaced.
