Installer came as scheduled. George was very professional and had the entire job completed in a timely manner. Explained how the equipment worked and answered my tech based questions very well. I also had the opportunity to use their support for setting up my personal equipment and Mateo was very patient and truly went the extra mile. They are actually installing fiber into your house instead of just the road at a price that can’t be beat. I was elated to call Spectrum and disconnect service.

I started my journey with then back in January when they were finally in my area. I was on the waiting list for almost a year. They finally came out to hook up service only to find out that the service was not brought down from the street. They sent a crew out and brought to the driveway. Waited another couple of weeks and a new service guy came but still couldn’t connect service because the last guy didn’t submit a ticket to bore the line to the house. After three inquiries and a few weeks, they finally bored the cable to the house. Waited about a month to finally get it hooked up. The day cam and service was connected. The tech they sent out did a poor job in installation and within a week, the service went down. Finally got a tech to come out and do it the right way. Both the initial tech and repair tech supposedly submitted tickets to have the wire buried but almost three weeks later, the wire is still not buried. Had the system for under three weeks and the internet is down again and no clue when they will send someone out to fix it. Spectrum is more expensive with slower speeds but at least their service is 98% operational.

I am so happy with my service. I am getting 700mbps throughput up and down. Same rates as my LAN connections when I was in the office. There has only been 2 scheduled outages since I signed up a year-ish ago, I know this uptime percentage is hard to attain. I am very pleased with this service. Good job Wire3.

Fast friendly installation. salespeople and support are just great!They came, dug the trench and had everything set up and was gone. I have a friend with a Tesla model S and this speed is indeed Ludacris speed

So far we are doing just great with wire3!Speed and connectivity awesome. Had the best sales rep, installers were professional and helpful, and lastly it’s so nice to have local customer support instead what we had with spectrum. Thanks wire3!!

Thanks to 3 Wire's 2nd hand installers, we haven't had our at&t services for days. They cut the main line in our neighborhood. Called 3wire here in Ormond beach florida, and the lady who I talked to said "Oh Well, that's at&t problem". It wasn't a problem till YOUR COMPANY CUT OUR SERVICES EITHER.

I'll say this, the speed of wire 3 is awesome and the crew that ran the wire into my house was great. However, the reason for the 3 stars is this: the crew that did the install ran the wire from the street box to my house and left the wire running through my front yard exposed. my lawn maintenance (mowing person) was not a happy man. I paid him extra for his trouble. I called customer serves a few times, and although they were courteous and tried to get it done, no results thus far. I explained to them the yard guy might run over it and it may be a tripping hazard.I found out that there is a SEPARATE "BURYING CREW"that does that and they are 2-3 weeks behind.I would STRONGLY SUGGEST IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE WIRE 3 INSTALLED, HAVE THEM DO IT WHEN THE BURYING CREW IS AVAILABLE.

Always quick and friendly customer service!An absolutely refreshing Change after dealing with Att for many years!! I'm so glad I never have to call Att customer service line again and wait, who knows how long, only to be connected to someone that doesn't even barely speak English.I wasted a significant amount of hours of my life with their terrible service!!Thank you Wire3 ? ? ☺️ ? ? ?

Wire 3 caused OVER $15,000 in damages to my home and refuses to pay for the damage. The damage is estimated at $20,000 and they are offering $10,000. This is not lets make a deal. You damaged my property. Now do the right thing.

Excellent customer service. We had a couple issues that were not their fault. They did what they said they would. Excellent! Excellent staff. From customer service, to follow up, to tech assistance and follow thru with end result. End result is happiness. We are very happy.

These kids dug on top of existing fiber lines taking down my block. My fiber company stated this has been happening all over town with these teenagers. Also you are only allowed 15-20ft of my yard from the road. No reason for you to be next my house. Pay professionals, stop paying for cheap labor so you can lower your costs.

I am giving 5 stars instead of 4 because of all the Karens upset about the network being installed in the right-of-way, which ISN'T their property. There's even one mad about Wire 3 flagging and marking the existing underground networks and utilities. SERIOUSLY? And how the HECK do you expect them to build an underground ISP network WITHOUT DIGGING?!?! Like derrr... they should use telekinesis and teleport the wires down there without touching the precious sweet grass that will grow back in a month... Darned if you do, darned if you don't, right Wire 3? But I would otherwise give 4 stars simply because their policy on late payments and service disruptions needs to be ironed out a bit, in my opinion. Not happy about my recent disruption. Aside from that, the internet is great and the customer service folks are wonderful.
