I just went into the Seabreeze branch and everyone was so rude with the exception of the teller. I went in to inquire about opening an account and a CD the teller was helpful and suggested I go on line to get the information on CD's. They had three people sitting in their "Fishbowls" not on the phone. The lobby was empty! One "customer service rep" got up and closed her door! Anyway glad I found out before opening up an account and CD with them.

The workers there seem to care more about their tight jeans, door dash discussions and being short staffed than their customer service….20 min wait before anyone spoke to me only to find out on day 1 “I’m a teller not a banker today” come back day 2 wait another 20 mins to be told “the banker is at lunch”

I had a horrible experience at this location. I asked for a form to be notarized and was told it was too much work for the lady that does it. She had lots of attitude and was not polite at all. I would go to a different location if I were you.

Third time I come to cash a check and they have no money. It is a bank, it is not a devwn store. Money. No matter what day it is, there is something strange about this bank.

My mom is being scammed by Elon musk. I have repeatedly gone into the bank in October, in February, and last week, end of March. I spoke with Ricardo, who could care less that my mom is being scammed. He says there’s nothing they can do. He allowed my mom‘s bank account to go from over $400,000 to $154. I asked him to please protect my mom’s account. He said he can’t do it without legal paperwork. I have been given guardianship of my mom. I just haven’t received the paperwork yet from our Slo court system. Ricardo will do everything he can to make sure that my mom is being scam. The scammers are depositing money into her account and using her as a money, laundering vessel. Wells Fargo is happy to provide scammers a platform to rip the elderly off. I emailed Jim at the other bank. Who is the branch manager, he said he sees us all the same there’s nothing we can really do. This has to stop.

It would be remiss of me not to say that I actually visited [this location] based on Google reviews, and they did NOT disappoint.Exceptional service by Tatyana, who assisted me personally.The other staff appeared generally courteous and helpful to other customers as well.Will recommend ✅️✅️.
