I like my unit. I am a little unsettled that during walk through there were a few imperfections on my newly renovated unit. I was told by my leasing agent that she would have the maintenance come in first thing Monday. ( I moved in on Saturday) to have all issues addressed. More than a week later I have not heard from anyone. The lights staying on outside my bedroom window all night is a down fall too. Pool hours are also not accommodating to a person working a full time job through out the week and may prevent the full use of this amenity which was key in my search for our new home. A side from the stated concerns, I hope we can enjoy our new home.

0 stars. from the fake pictures posted on there website I assumed I would be living in a beautiful apartment. Instead after a year of living here I faced serval problems with my apartment. BLACK MOLD has been present in my apartment and from speaking to other tenants there’s mold in every apartment here. There’s always trash throughout the apartment complex and to make things worse maintenance neither property management care about fixing or handling these issues accordingly.

Nothing has been fixed still waiting. Weather has gotten worse really cold and I have no heat.

Great environment…quite place ..nice neighbors just need to be clean a little more often…and they need to stop littering the place ..but otherwise everything is good and at the office great people

I love the community that I just moved in. The only thing is the trash that is left strolled thru the parking lot. I feel this is a place we are calling home the least we can do is keep where we live clean. Other than that I feel like I am going to be comfortable living here.

Several efforts have been made at improvement. The staff and maintenance do their very best and their great. The owner/ management company leave a lot to be desired and i would not rent from Highmark again if they paid me.

Living here is a literal nightmare. The staff ignore maintenance requests and refuse to even answer phones or email. When residents manage to put in service requests on the rare occasions the office is open these are also disregarded. If you have to use the on site laundry you must wait until the staff's infrequent opening of the office to charge a laundry card. I lived with my Ac leaking and flooding my apartment for the first 7 months I lived here. The holes in my apartment walls from the AC replacement have still not been fixed. Additionally the AC makes a constant popping noise which has also never been fixed. They keep saying that someone will look at it. The doors continually come off tack and nothing is ever actually repaired. They just jury rig it so the next resident doesn't notice until they sign a lease. Of course you cannot view a model because they would have to fully repair an apartment to do that. I have to repeatedly beg for the slightest repair. The trash situation is disgusting because they will not schedule frequent enough pick up and every morning trash is flowing onto the road and also pilling up at random places in the parking lot. There has been an empty 12 pack of corona someone placed at the curb of my building about a week ago. Maintenance staff refuses to do any clean up of the yards, refuse to take care of wasps nests, and mostly don't speak English. None of the outdoor lights at my apartment building work and people have begun to prowl around on my porch at night. I am genuinely in fear my safety and a jus told again today they'd get to it when they get to it. They don't care about your safety or comfort.

Since 2021 I have been living here with my 2 dogs and 1 female child. I love being on the first floor. The assignment all in all is great size. Small issues but with this new team on site I believe things will pick up. We have better management and better workers who have proven to me they have what it takes. Yes we have AC PROBLEMS HERE HOWEVER WE DNT HAVE ANY CRIME SO I WILL TAKE THE LEAKS HERE AND THERE. CAN'T COMPLAIN.

these apartments are terrible. there is trash everywhere, the amount of knats and flies is insane, the pool is dark green, it took a year for them to fix our ac. this in not a good apartment to live in i hate it the photos are fake id rather be homeless

I've been wedged with the last 8 and a 1/2 9 years yes the place started running down road trip fed road to infested motor mill do full of string and just how to jump to young men it's trying to get the place up stop Babe They had a Mexican can you hear me back when you go to the office and tell you you gotta have another workorder refrigerator doors on the wrong side It's just a mess

It's not a bad place, but it could be better. My issue is maintenance. The only thing they fix right away is the AC . The tenants can do better throwing the trash in the dumpster, and caring about where they live. The apartments are spacious. Nobody bothers me. So I'm staying. I just really would like for them to hire enough help.
