This Walmart is nasty . People who work there are rude . Bought a green dot card three weeks before Xmas put over $200 on it at money center left ten minutes later tried to set up card couldn't do it . Went back to Walmart and asked for help was laughed at and told nothing they can do. Went back home tried to call Green Dot and they said someone at Walmart spent the money on travel at 2:40 am . So do not give Walmart any of your money nor buy gift cards from this store they are stealing your money .They do not care about the customers . Horrible store. They store is in bad shape

I was in the store this morning to pick up cleaning supplies. Because I only has a few things decided to go through self check. Stepped up to one of the few that had a green light and started ti scan. Was approached by an employee and questioned wht I was using that register because it wS not on. Looked up and the light wSasred. Argued with me that it had not been red. I moved to another register, scanned my items and paid by credit card. A second employee questioned if I had scanned everything. She said it showed I had only paid for one item. I showed her my receipt that proved I had paid for everything in the bag. After she checked the bag she said OK and walked away without an apology for accusing me of trying to steal. The customer service in this store has been lacking for quite some time and most of the employees seem unhappy with their jobs. I know I am just one person and will not make a difference to this store, but I have shopped at this Wal Mart since it opened, but from now on I will either drive the extra distance to another WM or pay the extra to shop at Publix where at least they know the meaning of customer service! You all need a lesson in customer service and just plain old kindness!!

The attitudes from the employees are horrible. They act as if you are interrupting their valuable time by having to assist you when you are forced to be the cashier. They get in your way when you are shopping and never smile or converse with you. I personally believe that being rude is one of the criteria to get hired there. The parking lot is shifty, and you don't feel safe especially at night. They lock all of the doors when the sun goes down except one entrance which makes the parking lot unsafe. I would advise not going to this Walmart and go to the Port Orange or Ormond beach one. Also avoid the Marketplace in Holly Hill very rude girl there who obviously hates people of my race. Beware.

Twice I tried the delivery service...absolutely the worst service didn't deliver my stuff alto I got an immediate refund I wanted my groceries, and I tipped very well. I dont reccommend this service.

By far one of the most ghetto Walmarts I've ever been to. The staff never answers the phone. There are low lifes who loiter the parking lot selling fake jewelry and stealing from customers. I dropped my glucometer somewhere on the property and no one seems to know where it is. K mean who steals from a diabetic. The staff is unhelpful and doesn't answer any phone calls. No one bothered to go out looking for it either.

Worst Walmart I've ever shopped at. Pul in grocery online order to pick up the next day. At 5:00am they sent a notice working on order. Heard nothing else. Went to pick up my order and they advised it was cancelled with no explanation. SO not okay. WOW!

I would give negative points if possible. Today, around 12:10-12:20pm, I attempted to return an item that was the clearly defective and had been a replacement for the same item returned WITH a receipt (where they have to take your ID etc). Anyway, I was told that because they didnt have anymore on the shelf, they could not return it. Then, when the barcode was found online, I was told they could not return it because it was dirty. The item doesn't work. On top of that it leaked all over my floor etc so should I claim that damage and make Walmart pay for that? All I asked was that they exchange it. The "coach", who told me it had to be cleaned to return it got extremely defensive when she was told by another associate that she was videoed in her language and responses to me. Totally inappropriate behavior when I asked for the Assistant or Store Manager and was only offered another "coach". The first coach was ride and inappropriate so why talk to another? Then when I left and said I would handle it with Walmart, Pershia laughed out loud and made derogatory comments.

The same day delivery for groceries is a flat out LIE. I ordered groceries at 9 am this morning to be delivered by 3 pm. I cannot reach anyone in the store, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! I finally reached an outsource customer service in a foreign country, she barely spoke English. She tells me my order, already paid for, MIGHT be delivered tomorrow. WHAT! Then asks me if I could go pick it up! This is insane. I paid for delivery I want delivery. After my last horrible experience in this store and then this, I will take my business elsewhere.
