I would give a zero I walked into Walgreens, 12 26 23 a pit bull jumped me in Walgreens said they're not liable. Cause the owners left the store. I should have been able to walk in the store without getting bit jumped or otherwise and now Walgreens. Feel like they're not to be held accountable , By the way, it was not a service animal. I was traumatized by this incident.

If i could give zero stars i would. My mother gets her prescriptions sent here, and every single month it gets pushes further and further back, or theyre out of stock. Night shift at pharmacy is rude as hell. She goes to the doctors, and is supposed to get her medications the same day, sometimes shes out of them completely and gets sick and the lady is rude. We go to another pharmacy and theyre always in stock and never rude and ways fill them when we go there. Not using that pharmacy anymore.

I am a DoorDash driver who was just treated very shamefully at this location. I took an order from DoorDash but it was an order that was requested by the merchant. Meaning Walgreens contacted DoorDash and requested that we do a delivery for them. When I got there I was lectured by an employee about a barcode and how they were going to report deliveries like this because they do all the work and the drivers get all the pay. I had no idea about a barcode. I’m just a driver I go where my company asked me to go and I do the job I’m asked to do. If they are disgruntled with the way things are run they need to contact their higher-ups. Because Walgreens is the one that has a contract for DoorDash to do these deliveries. This particular delivery was requested by Walgreens themselves . I’m hoping the store manager reads this and sees how their employees acted. A manager also came out and took pictures of my car. This is completely ridiculous. I’m a driver I do my job. I’m not the one that makes the rules. Your company asked my company to do a delivery and that’s what we did. And I was treated shamefully because of it. So to any other DoorDash drivers out there do not take any deliveries going to the store. And make sure you mark that you don’t want to go to the store because the way they treat drivers. Also Store Manager in case you’re reading this you’ve been reported to your company and mine

I had broken my toenail today by the pool and needed to get a nail kit. We were in the store for less than 10 minutes deciding on which one I wanted to get and we were racially profiled. A older man came by us and he was just touching the products right next to us and just watching us and making us uncomfortable and then was like do y’all need help and we told him no and he still stayed there with us just fiddling with the eyelash stuff next to us like he wasn’t even stocking. I was planning on looking around to get some other stuff in the store but that just put me off and we decided to leave and went when and checked out with just the nail kit.

I am a DoorDash driver who recently took an order for Walgreens. It was a merchant order meaning Walgreens contacted DoorDash to deliver this for them. When I arrived at the store I was lectured by an employee about how it's not fair that the drivers get all the money when they do all the work. I don't see them driving the items anywhere. All they have to do is bag them up for me. Then I was followed outside and pictures were taken of my car. I tried explaining to them several times that I'm just a driver. I don't make the rules I'm just doing my job just as they are. But this person continue to lecture me over and over about how they were going to report the order. Go ahead and report it because honey the order came from your company. looking at all of the reviews on Facebook and Google this store is trash. Whether you're a driver or a customer I would definitely go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. If prescription is filled one day early (something that ALL pharmacies do), they will tell you that they "are doing you a favor". I truly felt abused by the staff

Asked the pharmacudical tech (blond tall male) about 5 rimes on two different days what story my medication was sent to. He gave us NOT only a different store, but a different direction each time. We FINALLY gift the correct address; however, when we got to the pharmacy I was told that the med the second pharmacy if he could see tgat and she told me yes, he could. could not be fuelled until the 14fh. I live in the area and am always in and out of this Walgreens. It has everything! Even beach clothes and sandals and other beach gear. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I am a type 1 diabetic and on a cgm to monitor my glucose. My cgm got ripped out of my arm early this morning and I was an hour away from home, I was able to call the pharmacy and I’m not sure who it was but a lady was able to fill my CGM prescription and got it ready for me in an hour, thank you so much.

Would not give me a price on a prescription so I went through my insurance pharmacy. Just thought I would try to give them some business. They are super slow on filling my wife’s prescriptions. They operate in a very high traffic area which they need to add more pharmacists to their staff. Drive through is very slow. Need a full time pharmacist operating the drive through only.
