staff has no idea about the products they sell can hardly answer a question let alone find anything. fail to post ACTUAL store hours anywhere but the store. online says 9AM I show up and the store says 10AM

I went in to try and find some items for my cat (toys, care items, etc.) the selection was extremely small and poor quality items (example a light up cat toy that didn't even work, and a few items that were already coming apart) that were very overpriced. if you have a dog it for sure is a great place to check out however if your looking for items for your cat,bird etc, you may want to save your money and time and go somewhere else.

We had the best experience at the north Atlantic Blvd Daytona Beach Fl. The manager Alexia was awesome, she helped in every way she could with our purchase of 2 ferrets. The entire staff was great. Daniel, Kayleigh, Dylan, Caleb, Megan, and Noah were awesome. They were all very helpful and very knowledgeable about the care of the animals. I would highly recommend this store for any of your pet purchases or needs. Thanks for all the help guys...J Elkins.

I know I have written a review for this location but it is gone. This location is just OK. Nothing special and never has any nice display's when you walk in to draw you in. The items always seam to have been sitting here for a long time. There is even dust on items when you pull it off shelves.

when you shop here, you'll notice yellow stickers on items and some food items discounted at 25-50%. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE ITEMS. the yellow stickers are on their way to be discounted because they are about to expire and discounted items are all stale and ALREADY EXPIRED/STALE. You don't want to feed this food to your pet. Why aren't they donating it, throwing it away, or TELLING CUSTOMERS ITS EXPIRED?! My friend purchased a bag of Stella & chewys freeze dried food that was VERY stale and made her cat throw up. The cashier assumed she was lying and did not let her return or exchange the $40 bag and rudely proceeded to "inspect" the food that was purchased a few days prior (she's going back to ordering from chewys).

I called the corporate office and they were very understanding. They told me they would call the manager and the sales person would receive a warning. I was not banned from the store and they were very apologetic. There is hope after all in humanity. Thanks Pet Super Market for doing the right thing.

Love this place, staff is super nice they let me hold the animals and even play with the ferret, they have extent stuff, to all the pet owners/ going to be please do not bey Tiny tails cages (any) or any hamster, gerbil or mouse/rat cage that is smaller than 450 sq in or 40 gallons hamsters run 5-50 miles a night and if they don't they could get un healthy and die and please do-not take the weal out they need it to run and don't get a small weal they need at least a 8 inch weal also please don't use any cotton it will get caught in there throats. So please give your animal him of hers the BEST life possible, your welcome for the advice

This place was a breath of fresh air for us. We are traveling from Indiana and Daytona has been the most un-pet friendly place we have ever been before, but this store was welcoming friendly and loving to us and our puppy! They were on top of every question we had and when we said we were traveling they gave us some extra sample dog treats for the road. Customer service is so important and this place rocked it with their outstanding service. They went above and beyond for us and we couldn't have asked for more.
