I upgraded my phone two weeks ago. Jason was great. He transferred all my information to the new phone. I went back today to turn in my old phone. It was an awesome experience for both visits. Jason was very knowlegeable about the features on the new phone. He was also patient with me and took the time to explain what I needed to do. Thank you and I will be back.

If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. The sales people do not give all of the information necessary to make joining their programs less of a hassle. They don't give cutoff dates to prevent additional charges tacked on the next bill. DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON!!!!!

Wanted to give a hugeshout out to Jesse G for amazing customer service. We had a very complex issue and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We had gone to 2 other Verizon stores that didnt even try help us but Jesse was determined to figure it out. He was kind and patient and went the extra mile to right the wrong. He even stayed an hour past closing time! He deserves a raise for sure!

I came in for many questions regarding the available plans and upgrading my iPhone. Rizwan M took care of all my questions and then answered even more! He was professional, polite, friendly and engaging. We walked out with two new iPhones and a plan that we are happy with.... AND we saved money. Thanks, Rizwan!

Michael was very easy to deal with and very patient with our family situation. We went in needing 2 phones for the older kids but ended with upgrading all 4 phones. This took a little bit of time but Michael was quick with his quote, fast with transferring the data from the phones, and patient with our 2 youngest boys.

I would like to take the time and express my gratitude for a Stella job done by Rizwan M. He's a Verizon Specialist who went beyond the call of duty when there was a sudden fraudulent freeze on my account when trying to activate my new phone. He stood very compose calling activated, and fraudulent agents assuring me everything will be taken care of. This corporate Verizon store will definitely be my first choice. Rizwan M your the Man thank you my brother.
