We want to acknowledge Anthony at the Verizon International Speedway location. He was incredibly patient, helpful, concerned and professional when we needed customer assistance. Anthony went above and beyond to help us. We were there to cancel an account and return the phone of a deceased family friend. Unfortunately, the phone was locked which we found out would require going to an Apple store. Anthony took time to provide us with documents we'd need for that. He also gave helpful information on other important things we needed to do to deactivate the account. Thank you Anthony.

Went into store today with questions about new phone. Young lady couldn't care less about any of my concerns. When I got home I called Verizon technical service and was informed that my phone was never properly installed. This is after 3 visits to brick and mortar facilities asking why phone was not working properly. This 20 year Verizon customer is very close to switching carrier.

Justin was very helpful with me getting a new claim for my phone. He took his time and made the call to asurion due to the language barrier. I am so thankful for his help. Thumbs up for Justin. ? Then I had to go back after I received my new phone and Harry, who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out transferring my data. He was such a a pleasure to have him help me out. Thank you so much Harry.
I would recommend if you have Verizon situations, you should go here and you will experience very professionalism.

I went to one Verizon store and received good service, but then I went to the International Speedway store in Daytona Beach and received outstanding service with an employee by the name of Dimitri Simmons. Dimitri went above and beyond to help me get the trade-in for my new phone that I did on-line. Thank you,

Helpful staff... call ahead.. they are sometimes very busy. Walk-ins are welcome, though.

Very disappointed as team was very preoccupied. I can tell you more about the Google phone that the rep was using then my Apple iPhone that I just recently purchased because that’s all they were looking at. Supplies were not available to short staffed would consider removing facility as it’s just a draw to nothingwasting my time items I did return after making extensive purchases there out of need

Worst Verizon experience ever. The manager had no problem collecting a payment but was completely unhelpful with anything else. Told us she didn't recieve any troubleshooting training so we were out of luck. I'm a bit surprised a store manager didn't recieve training.

If I could give no stars I would and this is coming from someone who doesn't write reviews but the Asian women that works at this location that's been with Verizon for 11 years had the nastiest customer service ever never addressed me with a smiled. She was very nasty about my situation which she flipped and made it seem like it was my fault for start my line online and not in person. She repeatedly raised her voice when speaking out my phone plan balance including which wasn't even posted for me to see very loudly every time she spoke about the issue she seemed very money hungry. Tbh she just had a nasty attitude about everything and she doesn't know how to speak to ppl unless ur about to get crazy on her. The worst phone company experience I've ever experienced tbh I wish she told me her name or wore a name tag cause I'd call corporate and report ts. But Verizon will not be getting no money outta me send ts to collection just terrible service overall.

Friendly, courteous, and very helpful service. Regina and Chris were fantastic. Far better service than the Orange City store.
