I had an issue with my charging port where it was unable to hold a charger in it, and Rahim gave advice to head to a repair place to get it checked out before replacing, and it turned out great!

David Tadros was wonderful, patient & very knowledgeable. You are fortunate to have such an accomplished employee & you should promote him to Manager to keep him at Verizon.
