I want to give the mailroom at the DB campus grace as I know they just moved to a new location this year and often times the students are the ones working there. However, I continue to be disappointed when I send my son packages that show they’ve been delivered a week ago and he is neither notified or he’s told it’s not there. This is becoming increasingly frustrating… especially when I want to send a care package with all his favorite foods.

Should be open later and seriously, no weekends? At least be open for Saturday, heck even partially Saturday. I’m fine with no Sunday though.

Don't waste your money do you not use your G.I. bill If you were transitioning soldier, thinking the Embry Riddle skill bridge program is worth doing, the instructors are trash, and you will take nothing from this course, and you will lose a good chunk of your G.I. bill for a garbage six week course. My experience was the instructor sat around and talked about tinder dates more than aviation maintenance in theory and somehow I still got charged and outrageous amount of money from my G.I. Bill for nothing.

The staff was so accommodating especially since we had 1000 package shipped before our freshman arrived. They held onto them and had them ready when we got there. They were super good sports about helping us get everything out to our car. Thank you so much for helping out a first-time college mom who over planned.

All previous reviews from before 2023 are mostly irrelevant as the mail center has been moved to a new location (in the ERAU parking garage) and now looks like an official US post office. The workers there are always quick to get your mail or package and easily handle most of your concerns. :)

I was sent by the registrar office to the post office and the old lady that works in the post office is rude and has an attitude. Her tone is disrespectful. She started the conversation with “did a student send you here” She ain’t trying to do her job or help anyone.

On the tour I got at the university, I could tell the attention to detail and precision the university puts into their programs. It's a university with very specific fields of study and multiple locations. Great place to be for aeronautics!

Has anyone besides me have an annoying EMBRY RIDDLE plane ruin there life? N454ER Is the biggest asswipe in the sky. The C.E.O. of Embry Riddle can't even control his own planes. This is one sickening business that allows the employees to ruin people's lives. I have this problem from the same a hole for 8 years. If instructor of N454ER has any guts you know where I live punk, sissy piece.

The lady been giving me a lot of attitude when I was trying to ship my package. The lady came out from the desk was tryna confront me in the front and trying to prove what she's been doing was right. I will give a 0 star if there's one. Won't ever ship my package from here.

Incompetent staff. These people should not work at the university even for such primitive tasks, because the IQ difference is just too big.

My husband is a new ERAU grad student, so we visited the campus while in Florida for our vacation. The campus is beautiful and very impressive. It was summertime when we were there, meaning school wasn't in session. So not a lot happening on campus. Staff that we've had contact with so far is very knowlegable and approachable. This program is online, so creating a sense of community virtually is extremely important, especially when your class is small and living across the country. I'm very excited to learn more about the university through my husband, now that the semester has started. I hope it continues to be a positive experience for him and everyone else in the Space Ops program.

It's hard to beat the aviation environment of this university, and it's location next to the Daytona Beach international Airport. However I do not feel that my degree Carried it's weight in the aviation industry after graduating nearly over 25 years ago! Apart from the aeronautical science and engineering programs, I feel like my degree in business was worthless after graduating. After trying to get a few jobs after graduating I was turned down for lack of experience which tells me that Embry Riddle doesn't carry its weight in the industry. Some of my favorite classes were marketing, speech, and doing my executive aircraft feasibility study, The teachers for the most part were very pleasant and knowledgeable! Living in the dorms for the first year was atrocious and I could not wait to live in my own apartment off campus!
