This is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE!!!! If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE FIVE I WOULD RATE IT -10!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR ENERGY! Two change of address forms and a month and a half later!!!!! They STILL can’t explain to me why I have not received ANY MAIL! Mail that I have been waiting on from multiple entities that I have now had to contact countless times to resend documents! No one has any REAL ANSWERS! I continually get the runaround! I mean at this point it’s obnoxious! Someone has to want to do something about this exhausting situation! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

Not that long ago I had to send out my Mother’s Day gifts. This guy whose tag said Fan Fan was at the counter. I gave him my packages and all he asked was am I good because I “wasn’t smiling”. I apologized if I came off a certain way but I had no issue. The whole time kept commenting about how I wasn’t and I might have an issue, which started trying a little annoying. He then starts bending my packages and asking what they are after he asked all the other questions that show on the screen what isn’t safe to be shipped out. If you think that couldn’t be more annoying, he tells me after taking them if I smiled I would’ve gotten them sent for free. I’d rather drive to PO USPS if I had known a dude named after a household fixture would be this annoying to deal with.

This post office has to have some of the rudest employees. Manager Jim isn’t any better himself either so guess you can’t expect the employees to be respectful when the manager is disrespectful himself

Bad service and repeatedly wasted my time going back after moving to a new address. I found out I have to wait three weeks to receive my mail. The employee of this location couldn't tell me twice I went to him. A team leader had to explain to me the third time after I requested to speak with a supervisor. Very bad service.

Showed up for a passport appt this morning and the acceptance agent never came in. The people ahead of me had a 9 o clock appt and were still waiting at 20 after for them to open their office. This is entirely unacceptable, people have lives and jobs and passport offices need to operate in a timely and professional manner. Now I've gotta wait another 2 weeks to try and get in on my one day off during the week.

I ship irreplaceable vintage items. Everytime they are delivered by the usps the items are broken. I would not recommend package delivery through the USPS. The employees do not handle the packages with care. Although I got insurance to cover the delivery it is hard to get the refund.

Got my passport done here back in 2023. Real fast waited 4 weeks.
