I would go to any other post office in Daytona besides this one. It stinks like cigarettes and the customer service is awful. I went up to the counter 2x and was the only person in there and the employee was very rude.

The postal lady working at this post office was very patient and kind. I stopped in on Thursday and she helped me with a problem I was having trying to return a package. I was at the Ormond post office on Williamson the day before. The staff there were unfriendly and no help at all. Thanks Holly Hill post office ?

This is a gem of an old fashioned neighborhood post office of which there are very few left around here. I've always found the service to be friendly and efficient here and prefer it to the larger ones around the area

This is a small post office located on a side street off of Ridgewood avenue. It is a bit inconvenient and it has an extremely small parking lot. With that being said, Sue, the lady behind the counter, was extremely friendly and outgoing and I was able to mail my letter and pretty much no time flat.

I insured a package for 300 bucks it was a vintage Tiffiny style Stainglass lamp. It was completely destroyed in transit. After I talk to them about filing a claim they told me I have to prove that it was worth that, find another one somewhere else that can be used as comparison and shipping is not included in that. so if I find one in the Midwest to replace it with I have to eat the shipping cost. the lady was very callous about it and rude I will never ever use the post office for shipping anything other than a flat envelope again. They do not care they will destroy your property. And the lady that works there needs some training.
