Receptionists were great, the doctor on the other hand was rude and insisted I do a covid test for 50 extra dollars or he wouldn't give me a note for work. Very pushy! 10/10 wouldn't recommend

Doctor might have been okay if he provided the care he advertises as a doctor… I went with a loved one and he was denied care that was ongoing (trying to switch doctors) and given no reason as to why. When we asked for a reason, he shouted that he wouldn’t give one and told us to leave. The receptionist was wonderful and just as confused as us; best of luck to her—hopefully she is able to find a healthier work environment!

Money Hungry, insults patients, takes people off medication that they've been on for years...cold turkey. 3 different pharmacists told me to find a new Dr, quickly... that whst he did was dangerous!!! Handles personal issues during someone's exam. Buys most of the fake commendation plaques are fake & bought online. Front desk staf...AWESOME!!!

Came into this office trying to receive service but was rudely denied by dr. ahmed himself..he told me and my family to leave without giving a reasoning for denying service. The front service desk assistant was confused herself as to why he would deny service and kick us out without any reasoning. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very horrible service. I wanted a refill of prescription. I would have to pay 150$ just to see him and for him to barely check and just to tell me that I need the same prescription that I was asking a refill on . This has to be a scam or something and he doesn’t even check you properly. When I went to get checked up, turns out I needed a CT scan . This dude asked me to pay first before he can do it and it didn’t even look like it was done properly. Very unprofessional and just weird. Who pays $150.00 everytime they want a refill to get a prescription.

Extremely satisfied with kindness and urgency of office staff. They where able to get me an appointment same day. Dr. very judgmental and needs better manners. I recently just lost a job due to it closing and am on state insurance. i worked there for 7 yrs and made double what most do in one year, and ran a team of 70+ i know nothing about it as it's my first experience And this is my first month. I went in because of a tooth infection as I have not had insurence as I have been trying to start my own business. the medication he prescribed was exactly what was needed. so at least thank you for that. he reviewed my mental health medication that I see a psychologist for and have for years. I asked if he was also a primary care office and he answered I don't proscribe that medication. Sr. that I not what I asked. I was recently at the hospital and they found high traces of cancer as well as Crohn's disease.. so now that I have insurance I wanted to move forward with getting tested. He then went back and forth with me over what pharmacy to use because "it's cheaper" I respect the recommendation. But the eye rolling and repeated questions where unprofessional. He is rude and extremely judgmental. Not everyone is looking for narcotics or to take advantage of the health care systems. Also the rooms are filthy. I overheard very loudly, the receptionist asking the doctor if she was going to get paid to come in the following weekend, clean the facility. And I am all for someone making extra money. But obviously, they have zero qualifications to do so as the place has mentioned, it was extremely filthy. God bless you. Update, even after having to go back-and-forth with the doctor about what pharmacy to send my antibiotics. He still sent it to Walmart and not Publix as requested by doing so I was awaiting a message from Publix stating the medication was ready as he stated it would be within the hour. After not receiving one, I called the pharmacy and they stated nothing was sent in. I called the office numerous times to never get a callback or an answer on the other end so with a horrible tooth infection, I called multiple local Walmarts to only find out that he called it in to one of them by this time pharmacy was closed and I had to wait until the next day, he must get a kick back for utilizing Walmart pharmacies.

The receptionists and the nurses here are awesome, but the doctor does not listen and does not care to explain things to you. After waiting for 25 minutes in a room for him to come in, he immediately wanted to do a strep test on me when I never claimed I had a sore throat even once. Then to find out from the very kind nurse, that he’s supposed to let anyone without insurance know that every test they do is extra, which he did not. The doctor was in the room with me for a total of 45 seconds my entire visit. If you want a good doctor, this is not the place to go. The only reason I’m even giving it 2 stars is because my nurse saved my wallet and got me the correct diagnosis faster by avoiding giving me pointless tests.

You should educate your staff! I drove 20 minutes out of my way because when I called I was told you took my child's insurance but then I get there and fill out paper work and then sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes just to be told they in fact don't take her insurance! Waste of time and waste of gas! Educate your employees!
