The UPS location on Beville Road is amazing!
The staff members are really professional and courteous. Walking into that establishment is like stepping back in time to when customer service was paramount.
Ron, I appreciate your assistance with that heavy box. Thanks for helping me get it back out to my
car. I will never forget your kindness. ?
According to my boss, I had to weigh a bunch of boxes and get them ready for shipping.

If you have an urgent package delivery, do NOT go to this location. I paid extra $$ for “UPS Overnight Air”, dropped my package off at 1:30 PM on THURSDAY.
According to UPS policy, this should have guaranteed the package would be delivered on Friday by 10:30 AM.
Instead, this location kept my package until Friday night, then they shipped it, and now I’m waiting an extra 4 days for the delivery because it’s now the weekend, and they won’t deliver until Monday:
The worst part is, I needed this delivered to purchase a car, now I will have to take the bus to work, and my kids have no way to get to school.
Thank you UPS Daytona Beach, for holding my “OVERNIGHT AIR, TOP URGENCY” package, for an extra day and a half before shipping it out.

The staff is super friendly. Katie is such a sweetheart. Everyone is super helpful and welcoming. They’re always super busy and still managed you give you a great service.

Based on the SUPERB Professional, Friendly and Outstanding services I have received at the Beville Rd UPS Store located in Daytona Beach, FL. I believe UPS can run other services needed in this country like Heath Care, Education, Government and the list goes on and on. Just think at one time the U.S. Postal Service was the ONLY place letters and packages could be shipped and delivered THEN CAME UPS. At one time Business and Printing Services were only available at Office Depot, Staples, Kinkos and Independent Companies THEN CAME UPS. I was on the brink of cancelling projects because of the poor services and don't care attitude of associates at a major office supply store. Then a family member residing in the state of Alabama recommended I give UPS a try after hearing the ongoing dissatisfaction with a company I have patronized for over 20 years in just about every state I have called home. So glad the other company kept providing poor services and I went in search for another company to provide copy and printing related services. Since UPS excells in their current core services, may they expand the brand in other venues so customers can receive the Best Services Ever. Can't Thank The Management and Staff of the UPS Beville Rd (DBF) location for making me another Happy Customer in the UPS Customer Nation.

I went to my Daytona Beach UPS store today. I had so many Amazon returns that I was kinda embarrassed (I think I need to go to AA - Amazon Anonymous! lol). Not only did Christian handle all of my returns efficiently, he did so with a smile on his face. Amazing! He never once made me feel like any of this was a pain, whatsoever. Contrary to my prior belief, there are still some people that care about providing good customer service! More than anything, he acted like he was genuinely happy to help me. (I am going home to break up with Amazon now. Ha).

The UPS Team at this location was great. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. My visit was for Notary and Witnesses services. Katie (Notary Public) was super helpful and pleasant to work with.
