Again I thoroughly reviewed the website and made a call and while I think that this organization is of a great help to many people their staff was somewhat short and not very helpful. So I wasn't really able to tell if they could help me at all.

Not happy. I’m stranded and by the Internet this is supposed to be Travelers Aid. Used what little gas I had to drive to the wrong location! But that’s the address given!!! Drove to new address that’s supposed to be open until 4pm. I got there at twenty minutes to—and it was closed. Those who donate are getting scammed!

Never returned calls several times. Places they referred me to were either not in existence anymore or weren't for what they said.

They Dont help you with anything!They give you useless numbers and when you call the numbers given for assistance they say they dont do those services. How are people going to get help if the services are not avaliable or updated! Waste of time ! Then when you call 211 Volusia the people on the phone are not helpful. Waste of time !
