I went to get a eyebrow clean up on yesterday not a full service I was charged $27 I am not from the state of FL I am from another state and I was looking for someone to just clean me up I called and spoke with Manager Gina she only stated that I should have be told price after I advised brow tech all I was getting was a clean up technician was good however nothing is being done about the $27 so just a heads up if you are getting any type of brow service expect to pay

The absolute slowest curbside experience I've ever had. It's been TWENTY MINUTES and no one has come out. It's a weekday at 1pm... this is ridiculous.

If you are looking for a fragrance go to the Port Orange location. Daytona does not have any samples out. When I asked the associate to grab me a fragrance out of the case, she wouldn't let me hold or look at the box. There are multiple versions, I wanted to confirm it was the one I wanted. If I'm going to buy something site unseen, I'll save myself the drive and buy it online.

I went to Ulta recently in search of some makeup for an event. It was my first time picking out makeup for myself that wasn’t just eyeliner or eyebrow tools, as I have never felt comfortable wearing makeup.
A bit embarrassed of whether to accept the many offers of help or not, I wandered around the store confused on where to begin. I chose to accept some assistance offered and was paired with Delaney.
Delaney was kind and professional, knowing which questions to ask in order for me to end up with all of the perfect products I needed. Not only did I leave feeling taken care of, but each product Delaney recommended within my price range was perfect!
So glad I went to Ulta!

I visited the Ulta store at tanger mall in Daytona and everything was just right… each and every person working there was curtious,polite Nd helpful… I felt comfortable and never pressured to buy anything… I will be going back

On sunday May 25th, 2024
I entered Ulta Beauty with my two sisters & my neice. As you walk into this location there are about 20 to 30 employees on the floor everywhere.I went around with one of my sisters to look at perfume. We were helped by a polite store employee. I then went to go see what my neice & my other sister were up to.
A couple of store associates helped them find what they needed. "GINA" was even called to unlock the draw to get something for my sister. Then " GINA" walks away to go twiddle her thumbs.
Once I was done seeing what my neice & sister were up to. I went back over to my other sister & she told me "Gina" had been following her.Which made her feel very uncomfortable.
At first, I tried to give this lady the benefit of the doubt. So as we continued to go isle to isle.She followed behind, not even asking us if we needed help or anything. She kept following us around like an extra tail. It was quite embarrassing for a grown woman. Who could actually be someone's great grandmother would act this way.
It was clear as day to me she was following us around.She wasn't following "ANY" of the caucasian customers around.
So as one of my sisters was about to check out she bought it to a sales associates attention."Gina" then comes over to say "Oh , we follow everyone around". (Which is a lie.No you don't that's why the actual stealers get away.)
We decided to leave the items because it's the principle. 1. Don't just assume because we're black we need to be followed around. 2. It's disgusting , I would "NEVER" treat anyone like this. I won't support a company that has racist people working for you. I literally watched "GINA" overlook everybody else to focus on us. I never really felt comfortable in your stores to begin with. But this incident confirmed it for me.Hell could literally freeze over before I "EVER" give you guys any of my money again.
I'll take my dollars elsewhere since y'all don't need it. If I wasn't a "Good, God-fearing" woman with "Class" unlike you "GINA". This could've went a total different way.YOU SHOULDN'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS EVER!
This company should honestly give "GINA" What she desires.To be a regular sales associate out on the floor.So she can properly "follow" aka assist your customers!
If you see this "Despicable human being" "PLEASE" stay clear of her.
