The ISB location has great customer service and equipment. It is the only location in the area that I trust to get U-Haul services.

Easy to pick up, and return. No issues, no hassle, no nitpicking and trying to scam me out of my money. The only complaint is that I wasn't allowed to pick up a van per my original reservation and had to take a truck instead but nothing crazy and I'm not too concerned with it.

Everything went perfectly, my best uhaul experience ever! I messed up and my truck was not setup to tow the trailer I reserved but everyone was super helpful and we switched to a truck rental. Drop off took 2 minutes and was painless.
