I got to the wrong city dealership, wanting to return some of the parts i bought from Jacksonvilledealership.I ended up buying more other parts.On my way out, my truck was making the weird noise.I asked the service tech if they could have a quick look at the truck and see what was wrong.Nicole and Tammy at service found me a tech to look at the truck immediately.They found out it was the idle pulley that was bad.They fixed it right on,did not sit waiting for too long,I felt so Blessed .Overall, all the people there were amazing.keep the good work.”

“Brandon the GM here is amazing. I rented a 10' truck to tow my car with an auto-tow. Turns out the smaller trucks can't tow certain vehicles, so Brandon upgraded me with no additional charge. The staff here is super helpful, and excellent customer service as I've always experienced with uhaul.”
