I wish I would have read some of these reviews before I even went to the service department- what a shame this place is even in business. DO NOT USE this service department. I took my 2022 RAV4 in because a notice came up on my information screen to take the car back to the dealer - (no check engine light) the car is still under warranty. They charged $212 to diagnose issue that there was NO PROBLEM . If you have similar issues, please contact me. George Francis.

Wish it was possible to give negative ⭐'sPosting this in hopes it will help protect future customers from being taken advantage of!!!INCREDIBLY disheartening and corrupt sales personnel, MICHAEL COOMBS! My elderly parents, 1st Gen. immigrants from Ukraine, American being their 2nd language and despite having done an amazing feat by learning the language, they still get confused when someone speaks too quickly - exactly what this integrity lacking sales passion did, (all with a small and reassurance). My parents stressed they struggle with technology, are barely surviving on social security and are only there because their only means of transportation broke down, (literally used to get them to doctor appointments and a small grocery store a few blocks from home).Mr. Coombs convinced my parents to purchase an additional warranty for almost $5000, (permission for additional electronic features), as this was the only opportunity and if they wanted to cancel, they can do that ANYTIME. 6 days after purchase, my parents returned to the dealership (45 mins away), to very politely ask for the warranty to be cancelled as they barely understand the basic gadgets and spice never taken the warranty because of multiple upcoming surgeries. "No problem," Coombs says - having them sign docs and told them the loan would reflect the decrease within 2-4 weeks.The time passes and nothing updated . They return to the dealership and we're told it actually takes 90 days to update. Again, not to worry, Coombs even , "emailed," the warranty company to make sure everything got squared away.Over 90 Days pass, my parents call the warranty company, even though it's incredibly difficult for them to communicate over the phone... THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION FROM COOMBS OR ANY POST OF THE DEALERSHIP!!!!Whatever the incentive was in relation to this warranty, it will never measure up to the stress and actual pain my parents went through! This dealership is a massively disgusting disgrace!I'm begging this dealership to treat humans like people and not numbers, PEOPLE ARE NOT JUST DOLLAR SIGNS!(I'm case anyone wonders, the ONLY reason I was not there to help is because I live 19 hours away and my brother is currently deployed, serving this country for over 20 years. Or parents didn't involve us during the sale, even by phone, because they trusted Coombs - which was their only mistake. I'm also writing this without their knowledge because they want to believe in a better world with decent people. If anyone actually read this entire post, I sincerely thank you. This was my first visit to the service department and had a good experience. Although it very concerning reading all the reviews. Especially customer who bring their vehicles in for service but the work is not actually being done. It's harder to tell if the work is done especially on newer trucks like mine. I hope this is not true. Not only have I bought two Tacoma' brand new in the past two years, I have referred well over $150k to $200k in business. Easily verified through Amanda Vegerano. She is by far the only reason I do business with this dealership she is amazing!

I am very disappointed with your service, I bought a part online and returned it because it was not the correct one for my car. Since 07/18/23 I am waiting for my money to be returned and I still have not received it. I have called them many times and they transfer my call to other offices where no one picks up the phone. I personally went to attend to the problem and they told me that they would call me to give me an answer and they never did. It is noticeable that their customer service is very bad and they do not follow up on their problems. I will not buy an auto part from this location again and I am STILL waiting for my money back.

Appt time was 7:30am... for just an oil change.. it's currently 10:18am and vehicle is still not finished.Michelle gave an hour wait time when we arrived. If you overbooked, be honest and tell us to leave vehicle. Wtf is wrong with this place. Do not go here!!!

I was traveling back to st Augustine from Orlando and I had a flat. I didn't want to drive 100 plus miles on the temporary spare. I was told that my tire wasn't under warranty and as per their tire expert the tire can't be patched or repaired because of the location of the screw. It didn't make sense to me I chose to risk driving the additional 50 miles ( very slowly) and went to my toyota dealership ( Beaver Toyota) in St Augustine and yes my tire Warrenty did expire but the tire was repairable. Now that I look on yelp I understand way u have a 1.5 ratting.

Got rear-ended and Direct General had this place on their list. Took my vehicle there. They estimated the time at 2 weeks. They have had it a month. The insurance will not pay the loss of use for that extra time so I am out not only a vehicle but $500 for a rental car. No one you talk to cares. They said they would talk to the insurance company to fix it and didn't. I would NOT recommend this place!

Worst experience ever!I bought a certified hybrid vehicle that gives me mpg like a non-hybrid. I asked them to test it. And they did find that its not giving the advertised mileage but tried to convince me that its normal. This is my third hybrid car and I am 100% sure that this is not normal. Its suppose to give around 35 mpg and its not even near that.Secondly, they promised a touch-up when I bought the car. And they did a poor job on that as well. The whole driver side feels like someone has spray painted it.Again when I reached out to them regarding this problem they said its because of the car wash you have done. And of course car wash only affected the side they have worked on.Its a privately owned toyota dealership. I am not even hopeful that this comment is going to do anything. But I still wanted to post it.Go anywhere else but don't buy a used car from here and don't fall in trap of certified vehicles. Once they sell it to you instead of working on the issue they try to convince you that its not a problem.And, Jeff, I tired to reach you couple of times and left voice message for you.

Service staff doesn't really listen to customers' concerns. Once they note that they cannot get you to have selective services done to your car, they don't seem to want to honor your warranty and don't discuss anything they assume you are not going to pay them 3 times as much as another mechanic would charge. They claim to not hear or see driving issues with my vehicle if they don't feel or see it in the parking lot or so called "test drive". I love Toyota as a brand but not this dealership/service provider.I do not trust anything that they tell me,

I usually don't have time to write reviews. I am just beyond disappointed in the service advisor, Kelly Walters, I was assigned today and want to make other customers aware. I will never interact with her again. I have always had a great experience prior to this, when bringing my vehicle in for servicing. Kelly was rude, stubborn and talked down to me. Other service advisors in the past explained what was to be done, how long it would take, and then what was completed. It sucks that Daytona Toyota has someone working for them in a customer service role that has no personal skills and is unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Daytona Toyota Parts Store, I ordered a part online, before I receive email for the order to pickup, I drove 45 minutes and reached the counter, the order was not yet processed but they helped me prioritize my online order and handed over the part. To replace the part I had to open couple of screws which required special tool, I requested and the service team quickly help me with that.It was a good decision to drive 35 miles and get the required part and service. I am very much satisfied with the help and support extended to me, you should try and get your own experience.
