I had my nails done here once before, it was late afternoon so i thought the workers were tired why they weren’t friendly and welcoming. I went there again earlier this time and was told by the young girl working there that she will have to “pluck” the acrylic off of my nail bed, because it takes too long to soak and the acetone cost $20 a bottle. She said that she prefers to just pluck it off and if I want to soak it first it would be $10 in addition to the $65 to get an overlay on top of my nails. I was really nice…I asked her how would she feel if someone plucked hard acrylic off of her nail bed without softening it first. I’m so tired of being mistreated in these nail salons. You spend so much money in these places and they treat people like animals. Avoid this place at all cost. It’s no wonder why I’ve never seen another customer there when I went. It’s dark and gloomy like their attitudes. Warning!!! Don’t go to this place!!!

Kevin did amazing on my powder dip nails. He asked how I like the shape, color, and depth along the way and I felt like I could make a change if needed (not) Salon overall could have been cleaner (towels, tables, ect) but I will definitely be going back!

Tiffany is AMAZING!! I went in for eyelash extensions, which I was very apprehensive about. I had only done this one other time, and I didn't even make it home with the eyelashes. (Different salon) it felt like a caterpillar was on my eye. Anyway, this experience was so different. Tiffany listened. I told her that whatever the natural look is, I wanted even less than that. I am so happy with the end. Result in the price was insanely fair! At least 75% off what I thought I would pay. I thank you, Tiffany!

I was a loyal customer until they started overcharging playing a bait and switch scheme. No respect for the customers at all. The wife owns the joint and is not willing to hear your complaint and wants to cut you off with every excuse for why you’re wrong. A paying customer is always right especially when they’re loyal paying customers that return on a frequent basis and tip well. The nail tech Tiffany wants to do what she wants and does not want to listen to or perform your request. Be sure to make an appointment because she’ll tell you that she only does eyebrows and not nails which is a complete lie. They will not take unknown walk-ins if they’re crowded. I had enough and have since then stopped going to this place and have taken my business elsewhere. The only hurt piece is that Tony, (owners spouse) does the best nail sculpting in Daytona but it is what it is.Services: Gel manicures

Nail tech was very rude didnt want to even hear if I had an issue with any of my nails, nats and mosquitoes everywhere, and over charging for not so good quality work! Never again and I wouldn’t recommend you visit at all!!Service: Manicure

Not only did I have my phone open for her to look back at the desired look. She only looked at the photo once. I also got put with someone new to do my nails every 20 minutes. So I had to reexplain what I wanted with 4 different girls and 1 man. The corresponding fingers don't match with eachother. They charged me 92$. Insane.

i'm going to get this establishment one star due to the rudeness of the owner being an owner of an establishment you should be nice and warm and welcoming. I did not get that from her. As soon as I walked in she said "sit down! You can sit down!" very rudely. I got a pedicure by Kevin which was alright. The owner had to finish my polish though she cannot do the modern French tip that I asked for when I walked in the door. she proceeded to then tell me with an attitude that I should have shown them all the picture when I first came. Very disappointing experience. I liked it better when the other men worked there. at least they would've tried to do what I paid for. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. this place was cold just like the owner. I had to go elsewhere for the French tips how lame is that!

WAY $$$ then others, no prices posted, awful waxing experience.Looked nice and clean upon walk in.They asked me to wait a moment for waxing, which was fine, must have waited about 5 minutes. The wait was longer then the time spent in the wax room. She took me back and I asked if they did underarms as they did not have pricing listed. She said yes. She waxed the first one with 3 different strips and then went on with tweezers plucking quite irritatingly more then I am used to. She kept laughing and when I said something she motioned as if someone outside the room was talking but no one was loud enough to be heard. She waxed the second in one large piece of cloth doing no tweezing or after-oil after like she did with the first. Both odd for me as someone who gets waxed almost every month for the last 20 years of her life. She did eyebrows next and I said I do not like them too thin but if she is able to arch them I am appreciative. She asked if I was tattooed and I said "Yes, I had microblading 5 years ago". She asks how much I paid and starts telling me how they are cheaper then everyone else. She only waxed underneath and between the brows. Never touched the top of my brow and she used quite a large stick compared to what I am used to seeing. No trimming, brushing, tweezing. Would have been fine if it turned out okay. Well, when I got to my car and looked at them (I did not look inside because she blocked the mirror checking her own makeup/eyelashes when done), my eyebrows were the thinnest they have ever been. I have had others spend a good 20 minutes on my eyebrows doing all of the above and more, and came out with more hair. I looked like I had barely any hair left on one side and the only thing saving me from looking stupid was my faded ink.I've never spent over $36 MAX before tip on these 2 services. She charged me $45 BEFORE the tip I still added on before seeing my brows.Way too much to be left with with practically no eyebrow hair!Service: Waxing

Avoid this place! They are real scammers. I went in to get one nail fixed and they said I had to get a fill in instead of them doing the service I asked for. They always overcharge and change prices. They are also extremely rude!

Nail tech was great, but the person who did my eyebrows cut them uneven at the top. I’ve never had a worse experience in my life, no exaggeration. I’d give it a 4/5 for nails — quick & good color choices. But 1/5 for eyebrows / waxing.

Went here due to my normal nail salon being closed. They did not use clean instruments and did not take off my gel polish fully and the polish is coming off. The owners are very rude not kind at all. AVOID AT ALL COST.Service: Pedicure
