not happy with the ar-10 upper I bought from them. I bought it 3 years ago it functioned fine with steel case ammo. Moved to brass and it ruined the upper. I took it to many local gun stores they haven't been able to figure out what the issue may be. So I'm stuck with an AR-10 that is not accurate by any means. (100-yard grouping is more than a foot with an 18-inch barrel). I reached out to the company and asked if they could help me fix it. So they did. They gave me a brand new barrel yes I'm thankful for it (free of charge just the shipping). But the charging handle still hits me in the face every time I pull the trigger. I don't understand what the issue may be. I have never had this issue now it wants to act up. So it's not a great gun place I think.

Wanted to give these guys a big thank you! I ordered a complete unassembled upper in the titanium blue and I love it. Nice quality and accurate description. Price was also good, when I ordered the item there was a 30% off coupon I forgot to add when I checked out so I emailed the sales department and asked if they could still give me the discount and they said no problem. Refunded me $105 dollars after I ordered I thought that was awesome! Also when I received my box of goods I realized that one piece (the flash suppressor) was missing so I contacted them again told them what happened and they took care of it right away got the missing piece two days later. From the day i ordered I received my items in 10 days so shipping was also pretty spot on considering at the top of the page they tell you shipping is 10-14 days.I am very please with the products I received , price i paid and the customer service so thank you again I will defiantly recommend them to other and plan to buy more from them in the future.

They substituted a cheaper item than the item ordered. I wouldn’t have raised issue for $14 loss but when I found out I was missing critical components, I emailed and called “customer service.” Awful service. They blamed me for not returning the wrong item and being a good customer! They sent wrong replacement part! Just awful - they were really good up to this point but should anything go less than a perfectly fulfilled order - forget it. Do business elsewhere.

Powder coating is excellent, to pricey, but a good job. If I ever need anything powder coated again I will check around for other pricing.

I had a few technical difficulties (of my own doing) placing an order but when I contacted them on the phone they were very direct and helpful and even directed me towards deals that were better and cheaper. They really know their stuff and took the time to check on the restocking status of an item I was very interested in.There are not many companies these days that when you call with questions a person that can put hands on the item answers. Kimberly took the time to get up and look for an item (wish more people had that kind of motivation at their jobs) rather than tell me wait for the site to update and find out. She gets Five Stars alone.Overall they get 5 stars from me only because the meter doesn't go higher.

I placed an order and then contacted them two hours after the order was placed and ask them to cancel it or allow me to switch it a different part as I ordered the wrong one. Its been almost a week with no return call or email and they sent the part out. If they ever get back to me im sure they're going to charge the restocking fee even though I contacted them immediately. I am going to see if I can refuse shipment and dispute it with my credit card company.

Had a great experience with this crew. Great looking finished product that lives up to its specs. Great to deal with especially when I needed to change a selection on my order. Won’t be the last kit I buy from them!! Try them out, you will be glad you did.

Kim was very helpful with getting all the parts I needed for my first build and answered every question I had . Received my parts quickly , super happy with it , have been back since and ordered a 300 blackout and could no be happier it shoots everything I put in it . They have good prices and great products would recommend them to anyone
