I would give 0 stars if I could. We don't have a printer, so I checked online to make sure this location had printing and saw where you could place an order to print pages. I figured this would be a quicker option, so I placed the order to print my label and headed to the store. I walked up to the young woman at the counter and told her I placed an order to print my label. She told me very disrespectfully, "no, you paid for a label and now you need to print it." I told her the label was provided to me and I paid online to print it and she repeated herself slowly and in a very condescending manner, "no, you paid for a label," as if I didn't understand her the first time and was stupid. I was so embarrassed at how rude this young woman was, I asked her to please help the gentleman behind me and stood to the side to pull up the email to show her I ordered a page to be printed, it just happened to be a label. Then another young woman walks up to me as I'm pulling up my email and asks how she can help. As I go to show her the email and let her know I paid to have a page printed, she cuts me off and asks "can I speak?". I don't know why you would ask me what I needed help with if you didn't want me to answer. I've never dealt with such disrespectful people in customer service in my life. I would be absolutely ashamed to have these woman be the face of my store. I tried looking for name tags on both woman to be sure I addressed the appropriate people in my review and neither had a name tag.

There's a few reasons. The stores location. Very easy accessible. The store is always set up an very clean an orderly. The staff really makes your visit enjoyable. Just dropping off a return to shipping a package or picking up mail. They treat you as part of there family. I can honestly say I love my UPS Store
