Great apartment complex. The management team is very friendly and professional. Melissa is awesome! Any issues my daughter had with her apartment were addressed in a timely manner. She had to move to be closer to her new job. I wish we could take the complex with us. Thank you Breakers Management for a great year!

Great location, cheap for the area, and very friendly staff! Safe for families and singles alike. My wife and I met some great people while living here, and it was a very easy process to break our lease and move into our new home. We just renewed for our 2nd year here. The ladies in the office are great, and always respond quickly to any concerns. Maintenance is also great!
