Brought two vehicles to classic Collision on different times and locations, both cars ruined by this body shop, a bandaid is how they fix your cars, body work on one car is coming through the paint and shows up badly, other car was buffed to the point the paint faded and don't match the rest of the car, not to mention, they use colored paint markers to touch up spots, which looks horrible, my 10 year old granddaughter could of done it herself, Owner Brun is a very disrespectful person and don't allow you to speak and his famous quote or answer to everything is ' was already there " when they screw up and don't own it, my car I paid 28,000 dollars for, I wouldn't buy it for a thousand due to the horrible job done by Classic Collision, both locations in Hollyhill Florida. DO NOT take your vehicle to Classic Collision, Thank you Mr. Brun for an eye opener, Twice you ruined my cars, say hello to RON from Statefarm , your best friend. If I could choose 0 stars I would.

Excellent Communication. Smooth Process. Timely Completion.
I had a fantastic experience at Classic Collision. My truck was damaged during Milton, took it to the dealership which referred me directly to CC in Holly Hill. From the moment I reached out, Kelly was incredibly helpful with everything from planning my rental car, information that I needed to give to my insurance company, estimated repair times, etc.
Once they had my car, I received (almost) daily texts with progress updates. My vehicle was completed 4 days earlier than the estimated date and my vehicle looks brand new again!
When I picked my vehicle up, Frank did my final inspection and took care of getting my rental back to Enterprise for me.
This location is all around excellent! I would recommend 10/10.

We asked them to repair paint on the roof and fix chips in the paint. What they did was fine, they missed spots we had pointed out and they had acknowledged. When we asked about it they just ignored it. The worst part was they broke the windshield and told us to file an insurance claim. The insurance wouldn't cover it and they made us pay. They broke it and we had to pay! I expected some integrity, at the least, they had none. I highly recommend you stay away from this company! The don't do what they say they will, are cavalier about damage they create and have no integrity.

Dan at Classic Collision took great care of my vehicle after a careless driver hit me. He worked easily with the insurance company and answered all my questions. He updated me consistently on the repair process and fixed everything good as new. Highly recommended.

This shop is exceptional! I was weary at first, because I didn't want to be over charged as the repair work progressed. After speaking with Brun he reassured me that there wouldn't be any hidden charges or overcharges and I'll be consulted with along the way. Huge shout out to Daniel, he did exceptional work on my Toyota! Very helpful and knowledgeable and very dedicated to his job! Deserves a promotion! If you need your car repaired after an accident, highly recommend this shop! Excellent staff! Thank y'all!

Classic car did an amazing job on my 65 Ford Galaxie. They sent text notifications during the process keeping me informed every step of the way and worked with my insurance so I never had to talk to them at all. The car looks as good as new. Special thanks to Mike and Daniel who are true professionals. Highly recommend!
