Normally, they give you waters but no water today! Also, I was in line waiting and someone was done with their services. They made me switch with someone else instead who was in another line knowing I was first. What’s the point of having two car lines. I would not recommend and maybe y'all should check the cameras for the details!

Nice guys but he did his job in manipulating me into an air filter change. I told him I'm pretty sure I had it changed earlier this year by the dealer and he tried showing me and telling me it was in terrible condition because you couldn't see through it. But what I've came to realize is , the only reason you can see through theirs is because it's cheaper quality and thinner. Mine was not dirty and it was in fact changed earlier this year. So I wasted money on a cheap filter when I had a perfectly good OEM filter that I just paid for. Really upset with this and them taking advantage of naive people. Because even not remembering in the moment (my fault) it was NOT dirty at all, I saw it. But I also saw where he was saying you couldn't see through it, and that was just the quality not filth.

We had to wait 45 minutes before they were able to start the oil change. Once we got in and started, everything went very smoothly. Professional staff and great service.

I went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted new wipers. They changed them out for me but when they pulled them up to change them out they broke my bar that moves the wipers. That night it rained and I was excited to use my new wipers and they went up and never came down.

I definitely need to take this moment to express my deepest gratitude to Dalton and Tim. They went over and beyond to help me when I arrived. Originally, I came to get an oil change for my son’s car. We just purchased it and it’s a used vehicle, so naturally I wanted to make sure that everything was done before I would let him drive it. These young men could have easily ripped me off but lo and behold it was the complete opposite. Dalton told me ma’am you don’t need an oil change. The oil is still clean and at level. He was a bit confused and I explained we just bought it for my son so I wanted to make sure to get the oil change. He showed me the oil was clean and at level but he did explain to me that we did need to do the coolant exchange I told him to go ahead and do it. It comfort me that they really made sure that I got what we really needed. They both proceeded to check all the other fluid levels and they told me about the windshield wiper cap was missing. They also made sure that all the tires were filled before they sent me on my way. Gentlemen, I can’t thank you enough for your help and honesty and rest assured when my son needs to get the oil change done he will definitely be going there! Sincerely Amanda~

One of the employees must of had a bad day and decided to take it out on me. When the car in front of me pulled out I proceeded to move forward a little bit ( not entirely). The service guy started waving his hands and yelling at me "Are you going to run me over"? I rolled down my window and addressed what he said because that was very rude and uncalled for when I clearly was not driving fast and had not pulled my car in all the way. I asked 3 time to speak to his supervisor which he refused to get. He walked away, never said he would be back or if someone would be over to help. About 15 mins later I saw him clock out and leave. I was left waiting for over an hour. I will NEVER do business with Take 5 again.
They should be called take 1-2 hours instead of take 5.
I give them a 0 put of 10!!!

Out of 3 bays. I was the 2nd car in the line . Normally it goes pretty quik . Not today! Arrived at 2:24 was greeted like normal. It took 3 hours to the minute before my oil was changed. After 45 minutes I was looking around and nothing was happening. There was 4 cars behind me ! I was stuck and could not leave . At the 2 hour mark I was very upset. They were like we are sorry we are just behind. I wanted to leave but now I am next . There are now 6 or 7 cars behind me now ! Still stuck. The workers did not want to give any kind of discount or anything. There are signs everywhere saying how fast they are !! Not today . No real concern either. I will be trying another store on the other side of town .
