I came in yesterday for a cut and Kim was working. Lovely lady. Very nice and knowledgeable. Today, I brought my mom in for a shampoo and blow out. Two girls are here. The one( young blonde) was working on my mom's hair. Also a pleasant person. However, the other girl working ( didn't catch her name) but she has the first station to the right. Rude. She was just plain rude. I don't think working with people is the job for her.

If i could rate this place 0 stars I would! This ladies that work here are absolutely awful, they are inexperienced. The two ladies didn't even know how to brush curly hair, I had to step in and complete a job that they couldn't do. The asian older women brought out a comb to brush type C curls. Then a guy came in and just wanted a simple line up and a fade. The lady doing his hair couldn't even complete her job either and he had to grab the razor and show her how to do it. The lady cut the hair so unevenly. The worst hair salon i have ever been to. Then the lady complained that i didn't tip her, last time i checked tips are optional especially when it comes to the skill of her work. Horrible horrible salon. DO NOT ENTER THIS SALON! If you want a disaster then go right ahead.

Horrible experience. QUESTION: How do you mess up a 1/2 inch trim all the way around the bottom of my hair? Here's how:
Horrible experience. I walked in stating to both stylists who were alone that I want to just 1/2 inch cut all the way around and that was very important to me. I specifically stated that I didn't want anything more than one half inch cut all around.
The stylist, Kaley, did not wet the tips of my hair which were already wavy, even though the top of my hair was still wet from my tecent shower. I had to tell her to wet it to make sure she didnt take off more than 1/2 incj. But She ready started chopping and it was too late. She cut off what may have appeared to look like a half inch , but it was not straightened before she cut it, so she actually cut off an inch, maybe more.
Then she stood on either side of me and cut off an inch of my side and when I shrieked in horror she said she wanted it to match. I told her that was not my instructions and that it's not what SHE wants.It's what I want that matters. She told me I didn't have to pay and I could just leave. I told her I would pay because this is a business.And I respect both of us but I was very very upset.
I'm very distraught from my cut. And I should have followed my first mind and waited till Kim cut it, as she's been doing for years.
The cavalier and non-chalant attitude of the stylist really added to my shock and disappointment, now anger.
I've been going to Bellaire Plaza, Daytona Beach Supercuts for 7 years...and one bad experience has turned my regular visits into an uncertain and uncomfortable future experience, moving fowward.
I paid the full price for the cut.And chipter as well because I respect business.And I respect women in business but I was very disappointed and traumatized from the experience.
I'm stating this complaint because it's so important that when you seek a service and you state your terms up front, your desire should be acknowledged and followed through.
With this kind of service, you cannot undo what has been done.

Horrible. Didn’t get her name, little Asian woman, does not know how to listen. I asked for one thing, hair to my shoulders. She decided to do what she thought looked best and cut it short. Unfortunately it can’t be taken back. Avoid getting your haircut here and by her at all costs.
After looking at other reviews on here, it seems this is a regular occurrence. I wish I would have checked reviews before going into this place. Ownership, do better.
