I had a great experience at Subaru of Daytona with wonderful customer service. Raj was fantastic, answered all my questions and provided the best option for me within my budget. Matt was very informative with the finance process and worked with me to get where I wanted to be with my monthly payments. I found the perfect match with my 2024 Crosstrek Premium and love all the included features. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used Subaru.

Would give 0 if I could. Contacted Dru, regarding used EV, they had for sale. Asked about the 4k point of sale EV tax credit, twice. He assured me, they could work within the parameters of the tax credit. We traveled 2 hours to hopefully purchase the car. Once we arrived in person, we were told we were missed informed, regarding the 4k point of sale EV tax credit, that it could only be used as tax credit on taxes. After showing him on internet that was not true. He went and spoke to his finance manager that has been in the business for 30 plus years and supposedly, he agreed there was no such thing as a point of sale instant 4k rebate on used, 2 year old EVs. We sent sales manager and salesman info on the instant EV credit, because we really liked the car. But we were ghosted! No reply. Definitely don’t shop here, if you’re in the market for a used EV. They don’t have a clue about what is happening in the market.

I went on Monday to look at a used VW ID.4 (at Ritchey Auto Sales, which is the used car arm of the dealership) that I had my eye on for a few weeks. John B. had emailed me about my interest in the car and not only remember me, but also the things I mentioned in our email that were unrelated to buying a car. He was kind and the perfect blend of personable and professional. They not only beat the offer for a trade in that I got from a different dealership, but roughly 10 people spent nearly an hour figuring out how to apply the used EV credit since they hadn't done it before. It took a while, but I so appreciate their commitment to finding a solution. Overall, the best car buying experience I've had thus far. Could not be happier with the car, and the level of service.

Bought a 2024 Subaru Outback from Raj. His knowledge of the vehicles was wonderful. We were very please with the way we were handled and didn’t feel pressured . The Subaru is beautiful and the safety features are amazing. We would highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a vehicle!

I am very pleased with my purchase of a new car at Subaru of Daytona! Great choice of vehicles. Also, the sales personnel are very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They made the car buying process as pleasant and smooth as possible: did their best to meet my scheduling and time demands, and to get me as much information as efficiently as possible, versus making me go through some one-size-fits all present process. I was encouraged to test drive more than once, and to take my time. Shout out to Austin and Dan, who got the ball rolling, and then to Gavin, who handled most of the sale. I do recommend talking to the Finance office first, they handle the payment and title process, and also purchase of any warranties -- they did an efficient job as well, but there are service options available that you might want to have explained in advance, so you would have more time to consider them. On the whole, A plus experience.

We were helping our daughter with a car purchase. After stopping at several other dealerships we stopped at Daytona Subaru. We were met by salesperson Cassidy. My daughter told her what she was looking for. Cassidy was receptive and treated our daughter as the customer which was not the case at previous stops. She was shown two cars within her price range and criteria. Salesperson was very knowledgeable on both vehicles and resulted in my daughters first new car purchase.

All of the staff are helpful and courteous, especially Mike McGuire. I don’t typically exclusively use dealerships for car maintenance and care, however, this dealership is honest, fair, and easily accessible for my Subaru needs.

I bought a used truck here, and it was the best experience I have had at a dealership. John made it an easy process, and I purchased the truck at a fair price. I wish I could remember the name of the man that did the financing because he was also very professional and efficient.

Salesman asked me to come in at 630 then wasn’t there and went home. Salesman or management would not provide a sales work sheet aka buyers order. Because they called it a competitive advantage. So I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
