If you are making an appointment to get your TSA number here be prepared to wait. After arriving for my appointment on time/early the poor lady working was over an hour behind. She had ZERO support or help from the staff or management- even when she asked (several times)... She said she had only been on the job 3 weeks.She then "was made" to break at 1, leaving 5 of us who had been waiting with appointments to wait for her break to be finished... We had no problem with her taking a break but the manager's poor attitude, snarky remarks towards us and the lack of planning/staffing was evident. She came back from break again... and was now 2 hours behind and a store full of people waiting- this time when the "store manager" was requested- he was no where to be found to assist or help her with even checking people in. She even asked for help and they told her no. Don't make your appointment expecting it to mean anything and/or to get in and out. I had a list of things to purchase for the office and will take my business needs elsewhere in the future. I hope that poor lady gets the help she needs or the scheduling is better for her or the management take note and offer some kind of help! Respect people's time! You have a captive audience offering this service and I would have shopped there had we not been treated so poorly.

Always be aware of who's around you listening...that's my message. I went to checkout with 1 item, when I approached the cashier I say "Hey how are you?" Not a word of response. She looked unhappy for what it's worth. I almost don't blame her. The store manager was on the phone with someone to assist the guest in front of them and said "HI I've been getting transferred all over the place, I'm calling on behalf of (guests name) and now he's brought his problem to me. I'm the store manager for Staples in Daytona." First off, she made it sound like the guy was majorly inconveniencing her, and I'm sure he apologizes for bringing his "problem" to you. I would think as a store manager, she'd have more customer experience than that. She can know the business in and out but I'd use my pistol as a popsicle stick if I had to deal with her, let alone work for her. To the cashier my message is RUN!! Staples my message to you...do better. Damn.

Posting this on my boss's behalf - He went to Staples in Daytona this morning to finish his TSA precheck/preapproval. This is his third trip because the first 2 times he was unable to complete it. At least 2 times he dealt with an employee names James. James was incredibly rude to him during all interactions, treating my boss very disrespectfully as if he wasn't a person. He was told that it was a 6-8 hour wait the second time he went by James, even though there was no one in line. Finally this morning my boss was able to complete the TSA preapproval, but would not recommend that anyone go this route via Staples due to how he was treated by James.

So impressed with this location! Edgar in the copy and print center specifically deserves a raise or some sort of recognition for the job he does. He consistently goes above and beyond and does multiple jobs at one time. He keeps a smile on his face no matter how long the line is and no matter how many people there are to help. It’s a pleasure to go in that store when we know he’s working!

Called the copy center to forward an email i needed printed. Was told to use the website. Two different chats and I received 'printmarketing1092'. Went by, and the customer service rep pointed to the self service printer. Went to FedEx down the street and Cathy took care of everything. Had to go UPS on Fentress. They close at 1130. Go to Staples or UPS for NO service.

Went in because remote usb keyboard not working, told specifically to customer service and that remote mouse working fine. "Our tech is not here today." Since remote mouse works, what is cost of just keyboard replacement and can I leave keyboard for tech to look at tomorrow? "They don't do that." Didn't even bother to discuss alternative if needed replacing. "Well you can leave your laptop with us." What an ignorant, clueless person. Why would I leave my perfectly good laptop for Staples keyboard not working? "Well, our techs don't look at keyboards." I will take my business elsewhere. "Good, go ahead." I'm complaining to management of your bad service "Ok, go shop elsewhere." Will never shop Staples again, Daytona Beach Staples on International Speedway willing to take your computers but not fix their own products and rude, want customers to go shop at other stores.

They don’t price match the items even if is online. They want the items from online to have the same item number and I try telling him that sometimes they don’t. And I know cause I just spoke to someone from the staples customer services and they even said that the items don’t have the same number. But is ok I got my items from Office Depot for lower.

I got color copies of some important documents on nice paper. It took only a few minutes, and the quality was awesome! I feel confident for my upcoming interview with my documents printed so professionally. Big thank-you to Edgar and the rest of the staff!

Very rude cashier who did not even look me in the eye. Hid his face with his hair during the whole transaction. However, the gentlemen who helped me find the sharpies was very polite, and willing to interact.

Do not waste your time here with TSA Pre-check, they are not helpful at all. It takes a very long time, and they are not prepared or educated in what documents are allowed please go elsewhere and save yourself a headache

Bought a Brother's printer at this Staples on Jan 4th. When I changed out the starter toner cartridge the toner light stayed on and it wouldn't print. I returned it today(Jan 20) and was told by Staples that I was out of luck because the 14 day refund policy had expired and there was nothing that I could do about it. I felt that I was treated like a second class citizen by the manager. I will never enter aa Staples store again and I hope that you won't either. (P.S. the computer that I'm typing this on was bought at Staples) Update on 29 Jan. I'm out the cost of the printer after two more trips to Staples. If I had bought the printer at Best Buy they would have packaged the printer and shipped it to Brothers for repair. Check out the return policy before you buy. Some stores have a much better return policy than others.

We ordered invitations on line with a pick up time and day. We arrived walked in, was greeted, went to the counter and gave our name he gave us the beautiful invitations. That is how quick and easy it was. Just in case nobody knows this, this Staples location has a TSA area for signing up, checking documents and getting approved. Great perk
