I came into this location, wanting to upgrade my phone and my disabled daughter’s phone. I waited a good 15 minutes without being greeted by anyone, when I finally got helped, it was because I had to go up to one of the workers who was standing on her phone the entire time. Her name tag said Melanie and I believe she was the assistant manager. She was visibly annoyed when I asked for assistance. I thought it was weird that she was showing mid drift as well I know for a fact, this was not a part of her uniform to tie her shirt up in a not where her stomach and back were exposed. I specifically asked her not to change my rate plan, as it is grandfathered in after being with the company for nine years, but she changed it without my permission. When I was getting my daughter’s phone ready to transfer, she kept mocking my disabled daughters expressions to her employees. I saw her doing this in the doorway to their back office, and assumed she thought I couldn’t see her. When we got to the checkout screen to pay for my two phones, taxes and fees, I specifically told her I did not want any accessories, and after looking back at the receipt, she charged me two charging blocks without my knowledge. When I brought it up to her, she tried saying it was “included in the purchase”, but I know that is a lie, because there are no promotions like that after talking with other reps from the Tanger outlet location. Besides, the mocking, lying, and overall disgusting service, I will sadly not be returning back to this location. I previously always enjoyed coming here, but Melanie has left a disgusting taste in my mouth. Do better T-Mobile.

Ethan was super helpful and well informed. I'm a T-Mobile customer for quite some time now and so far this is my favorite T-Mobile outlet!

Matthew and Melanie hooked me up! Menalie was super kind and informative! And Matthew helped me remain calm while I analyzed my options after getting my Google pixel 6a ran over by a car he had me setup with my new Google pixel 8 within the hour! I felt so much better after leaving and qualified for zero down on my phone! Thrilled! Thank you guys!

Bryan was the BEST I didn’t have to wait long he went over everything thoroughly with me gave me many different options did not pressure me into any of them helped me out with my bill which was totally wrong saved me money got me new items to purchase I got the new iphone internet for my home which is working great an Apple Watch and a iPad and I’m paying almost less then what I was paying before he was very kind professional efficient and knowledgeable I will come back to this store always and to have Bryan take my future purchases the store was clean everyone else working there was nice and friendly and helpful ask well 10 all across the board 5 stars and Bryan should get a raise by his manager!!!!! Thanks for a phenomenal experience!!!

Visited T-Mobile at Volusia Mall on Dec. 26th; it had just opened. I said to salesperson, my phone was not working. Her response:"We don't fix phones here." I said I would be possibly be interested in purchasing a new phone. Next response was "I need your identification". There was no courteous or politeness in her manner and she did not want to help us. She was not acting in a professional manner.We went to Verizon, on Speedway Dr. The manager at that store, Jennifer, was more than pleasant and professional. She greeting us. An associate helped us find out what was wrong with phone although I did say I was a T-Mobile customer. It needed to be charged. He said the charger must be faulty. He was right.

I was so shocked by how incredibly rude they were and how unprofessional this establishment is. I was going to switch from Straight Talk to T-Mobile and it wasn't honestly a very bad experience, no longer interested in switching.

Came down to get help at this t-mobile location and upon arriving we were approached by Mr. Kerollos who was very knowledgeable and very kind and help full. I highly recommend this store for your phone service.

I purchased my new phone from T-Mobile on September 7. I was told the credit from my old phone would Go toward my new phone making my monthly bill $81. Well a couple days go by and I get a bill already from T-Mobile for $25 more than I was told. I am a senior citizen and I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. so I called T-Mobile. The gal told me I have to go into the store to get this resolved. So I go in just now to speak with the manager. He said oh they gave you a credit towards your bill with your trade-in for your old phone instead of applying it towards your new phone. Well, guess what? That made my phone bill $25 more a month than what I had previously been told. the manager was very impatient trying to explain things to me. Like I said, I am a senior citizen and I’m not as techie as some of these younger people. He finally lost his patience with me and said I’m done with you. ……. Get out……… and then he said oh yeah, have a nice day. I am so upset and I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of.Then T-Mobile reply’s with a reply that has absolutely nothing to do with the situation!! Goes from bad to worse!!!

Called and spoke to Mosses before hand about home internet, and he had all the answers I needed. When I stopped in a little while later to get it all squared away, he made it quick and easy to make changes to my account and get my new device activated. Store was bright and clean with a chill atmosphere. 10/10 Would recommend
